GoogleRen, Kylie and Hollie were amazing, we had a fall through with another agent and as soon as we told Ren he had the perfect place for us within minutes. Ren took us around for a viewing and Hollie was great with taking our offer. Kylie was super quick with all paperwork and they were always in contact when we needed them! A+ class service. Wouldn't let through anyone else they made the experience pain free!

GoogleTyrone and his team worked with us to sell our house at the start of lockdown. There were a few ups and downs with buyers pulling out and the staff helped us through that period. When we finally got a fixed buyer, Amy was brilliant and was very helpful in liaising between them and us. She was always happy to help and very smiley. I would recommend Amy and the KFH team.

She really listened to what we wanted, and thanks to her we’re now very happily settled in our new (and first) home. GoogleI worked with Tiffany Akoto over at KFH. Being new to this country I was very appreciative of Tiffany's help and professionalism. She made my move to London easy and painless. She even came over to teach me how to use the gas and turn on the radiators when I first moved in, being from Miami FL I had never used those. I would definitely recommend working with KF&H and Tiffany in particular.

GoogleIf you can avoid renting through KFH do so. We have had a leak from our bathroom since October 2024 and it is still ongoing, just getting worse. We now have mould on the ceiling in the kitchen, are having to turn the stopcock off multiple times a day and have to chase the matter every week in order to get some sort of response.
