We didn't choose KFH as we were buying. All started well, polite and helpful while showing us the property. However, once our offer was accepted it was clear that the agent was looking out for the seller and not us. In a process that had almost no hic ups and went smoothly the agent painted us and our solicitor in a bad light to the seller and it felt as if sides were drawn. The agent should not treat the seller as holier than thou and the buyer like an inconvenience. The agent attempted to apply pressure to make us undermine our solicitor which I found highly unethical. We trusted our solicitor and for the agent to try to interfere was extremely unprofessional. Overall we felt second class to the seller and we felt the agent tried to pressure us in to cutting corners, I assume so he got his comission before Xmas. Rather than being pleased to have completed on our flat, we were happier knowing we wouldn't have to deal with KFH again. We would never use them again nor would we recommend them.
