GoogleThe service I have received from the staff at KFH, and most particularly Trenae Anderson, has been superb. Trenae has been extremely professional, courteous, efficient and helpful in all my dealings with him. He has gone the extra mile to be of assistance in the sale of my property. I really cannot recommend his work ethic and kindness highly enough.

GoogleMy experience with KFH Crystal Palace was seamless throughout. It was so quick to book a viewing and go through all the steps once I decided I liked the flat - the team was incredibly accommodating, efficient and responsive, especially Kaan. I'm moving into my new flat today, only two weeks after viewing the property! I would definitely recommend them - they take amazing care of potential tenants.

GoogleKyle handled two lettings for us, both of which let very quickly, to good tenants and either at or very close to the asking price. Really appreciated having a single point of contact who responded quickly to emails and got the job done. Also proactive getting inventories and professional cleaning booked in for us. Definitely recommend Kyle and sorry to see him go to the Crystal Palace office!

Initially we were looking to buy-Tiffany was extremely helpful during our search in finding the right property for us, but in the end we decided to rent a flat privately. GoogleJust bought our lovely new home through KFH in Crystal Palace and found all staff to be professional, conscientious and pleasant throughout the process. A special mention to Andrew S and Tyrone who really helped the sale along when things were moving slowly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend KFH, in fact we're renting out another property through them as we were so impressed with the service.

I felt she'd really taken into account all of our requirements and took us only to properties that were relevant. She's very efficient and intuitive, keeping us informed of any properties she might think we'd be interested in. Leaving a positive review for Sian is the least I can do for her faultless service.
