Very pleased with kfh .Tiffany provide us with an excellent costumer service , she was so helpfull every step of the way. Two weeks before we got the house I was really stressed because i wasn't sure we could get it but tiffany she was reassure me all the time and she did all the best. And now we are leaving in in this place that we fell in love as soon as we saw it. In so greatfull . I had experienced in the past when estate agent just care about sell ,rent and get the commission. But in kfh I find that they really care about the client and they take people at heart . Lauren Butler was amazing aswell really really helpfull.

We received an excellent service from yourself and your sales team - particularly Andrew Stavrou. We really valued your initial advice on the asking price which was key to securing our target sale price. Andrew was an excellent communicator and kept us informed at all times and we recognise the part he played in facilitating discussions between ourselves, the purchaser and solicitors. He was always available to answer our queries and was skilled at providing the right level of information to keep us informed. To achieve a sale within 5 months of initial marketing is first class - particularly in the current market. All in all the service was excellent.

Kaan has been super helpful from start to finish. When he showed us the property, he did not rush us and answered all of our questions confidently. Showed us the property for a second time and out of hours on Sunday, which we really appreciated. Once we said 'yes to the house!', he has always been accessible via email and phone for any small (and sometimes silly) questions we may have. In contact with the landlord and negotiated our requests. We would definitely recommend him and KFH to our friends and family and hopefully use them for our first buy!

Sian Fontaine has been incredibly helpful in our long and eventful house search. A property we were originally buying through Sian fell through and we were working with another agent on another house sale. Sian however diligently stayed in touch with us, updating us on available properties and the status of previous properties we were interested in. This resulted in us now eventually buying our dream property through Sian. Sian has been professional and patient throughout, very obviously putting what is right for her clients first at all times. Thanks Sian! When selling the house 18 months later, we worked with Mohammad Ahmed who was brilliant. Mo and the KFH team were incredibly diligent and always contactable. Mo worked hard to trouble shoot problems and really looked after our interests during what became, at times, a tricky negotiation. Thanks Mo for all of your hard work.

I would strongly recommend Sian from KFH in Crystal Palace. She sold our flat very quickly as she had good buyers in mind from the start and arranged viewings before the details were available online. She helped manage competing bids to get us a good price, and then managed the sale process with a clear deadline for everyone to work to, and helped manage expectations throughout. She was professional and approachable and we always felt as if she was acting authentically and with everyone's best interests in mind. KFH did not have the lowest commission of the agents we tried, but the quick sale and relatively stress-free process made up for the cost.

I recently sold my flat through KFH. I dealt with a few of the KFH team along what felt like a very painful journey. Everyone was professional, informative and supportive. I really don’t think I would have got the sale If it wasn’t for the advice, support and effective communication from Andrew. From the beginning Andrew was confident he would be able to secure an offer on my house in 4 weeks. I was not convinced as my property had been on the market with two other Estate agents in the last 5 months with a total of only 5 viewings. Andrew was able to get regular viewings with the right buyers and true to their word KFH found me a buyer and I accepted an offer 4 weeks after advertising my property with them. The sale was completed in two and a half months, which included Christmas and New Year holidays. I originally got in touch with Sian who swiftly picked up on what I was looking for. Sian dedicated much of her time and energy in showing me some wonderful properties, which was incredibly refreshing and reassuring as a first time buyer. Throughout the whole process, Sian was an absolute star and managed to have my queries / panics addressed quickly. There was a point where the sellers and myself were left in the dark during the conveyancing process (there was no chain so should have been fairly straightforward). Not only did she nudge things along, Sian still continued to help right up until completion! Would absolutely recommend her, especially if you're a first time buyer.
