KFH were the second agent we took on to sell our flat and immediately got to the task being around a wide range of suitable candidates. We had bought the flat from them 7 years prior and a few members of the team remembered the property from before. They even had details still on file which made it quick and easy to bring them on board. They always kept us informed and were respectful of Covid safety measures when in our home. At every stage of the house buying process, Jack was on hand to answer all our questions and help make the process as stress-free and smooth as possible. Amy Hastings was an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially weren’t sure what we were looking for but Amy was unbelievably helpful in helping us narrow down our options. Amy was fantastic throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer she was very patient and understanding, friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. Super responsive despite her very busy days and towards the end when we dealt with difficult seller solicitor, she stepped in and pushed things along. I have to say, I’ve heard horror stories about estate agents but Amy is nothing like that. A credit to her profession (maybe others should take note)! I can honestly say without her help, I wouldn’t have bought my house !
