It's probably unusual to leave such a positive review as the buyer of a property from KFH (since they were representing the sellers and not me) but Matt did such a brilliant job from viewing to completion and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. He really went the extra mile to keep me informed and happy and also helped move things along whenever anything seemed to be stuck (the freehold is owned separately and took quite a bit of chasing). I imagine the sellers were really pleased with his service too. Huge thank you Matt, me and the dog are settled in our new home and are so grateful for your help and for keeping momentum on the sale for both parties!

We recently bought a new house in CP area and Matt H from KFH was our main POC for the purchase. We did several viewings via lots of different agents in the area but we felt Matt was genuinely interested in what we were looking for. He was very professional and never rushed us and any of the viewing we did though KFH. He communicated very well, tried to accommodate our every request and also put us in touch with his colleague when he went on annual leave, so we had someone to connect with in his absence. My main observation about Matt was that he was always available, responded promptly and I did not feel as if his role in the process was gravitating to just one side.

Jesse did very well. He always try very hard and dealt with a number of issues for me. However, not at all happy with the rest of the team, including the Senior Director Sarah. She never ever gets things sorted when I ask her. She either comes back too late or just gives a standard line that you expect from a corporate company...I constantly have to chase when there is an issue. Tenants have moved in on the 16th March and I have still not be paid by the agency still. Their line is that it's a huge company and they have lots of payments coming in and out.

I've never had any major problems with them. They're nice they seem okay. I like them. The estate agency Kinleigh Folk and Hayward could do with more women employees & employees with actual lived experience of buying and selling in a legal structure that is almost impossible for working people to buy homes in. Particularly as the one we have now is designed for people riding the coat-tails of Mum and Dad, and lowering the standard of professional pushing through into bigger homes at the end of the day. If agents had lived experience they could then action better deals for professionals, hardworking people and people refusing to live life in a mediocrity.

Before dealing with KFH, we had already had very bad experiences with other local agents when looking to buy our first property. Therefore, from the off it was incredibly refreshing to deal with KFH Crystal Palace. All members of staff which we engaged with were incredibly professional, proactive and diligent. We want to give specific shoutouts to Lewis James and Nick Reeves. Lewis was clearly very experienced when supporting us with negotiating the purchase price with the seller, and was always contactable to speak through our position. Nick led our viewing of the property that we ultimately purchased. Straight away it was clear he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer almost all of our queries (and we asked A LOT of questions). For the ones he couldn't answer, he actually followed up (other agents said they would but never did) with us the next day, having clarified with the sellers. He was incredibly thorough and proactive, often preempting our questions as buyers and contacting the sellers accordingly to clarify any outstanding points. What we really valued was Nick's regular calls and mails updating us of the sellers position and progress, helping avoid stress in what can be a very stressful process. A huge special thank you Nick for your support throughout the process, we really appreciate it. We also wanted to mention Dwayne Whyte, who we viewed many properties with earlier on in our search. Dwayne was incredible helpful and he ensured we were also the first to hear about properties that actually met our criteria (can't be said about other agents!). Overall, we had a brilliant experience and we would highly recommend using KFH, whether you're buying or selling. Thanks so much guys!
