After a previous deal unexpectedly fell through, I found myself in a very stressful situation and needed to secure a new place quickly. The team at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward went above and beyond to help me. They managed to find me an even better property at very short notice and moved incredibly quickly to get everything arranged so I could move in as soon as possible. From the beginning, they were understanding, responsive, and genuinely supportive. I must have called several times in a bit of a panic, but they were always patient and reassuring, taking the time to keep me informed and making sure everything stayed on track. I’ve had a really good experience with Anita at KFH Chislehurst over a number of years now. She’s found some excellent tenants for my property, many of whom have stayed for a long time, which says a lot.
