GoogleVery efficient agency. Shivani has been amazing finding the perfect home for my family. Having worked with different agencies during my search, KFH definitely stands out as an agency with access to some of the most beautiful properties in London as well as having a very quick and highly efficient process which made a huge different in helping my family find a beautiful property in no time. I highly recommend KFH and will not hesitate to work with them again.

GoogleFinding a place to rent was so stressful and at times frustrating until I met Aman at KFH Ealing. Aman is very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. I decided to take the flat within just a few of days which is the fastest for me.I cannot recommend enough these kind and very efficient agents, they really took a personal interest in us and went beyond what was expected. Needless to say, we are very very happy that we found KFH.

GoogleExceptional service from Martin and the Kinleigh team in Ealing. When facing an unforeseen issue during the purchase of our first home, we initially thought we would need to withdraw from the sale. However, Martin calmly assured us that the purchase was still possible and provided valuable advice we hadn't considered ourselves. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed, and working with Martin and the team was remarkably straightforward. We genuinely couldn't have got the property without his assistance and are truly grateful for the service we received. Even after completion, they continued to assist with general questions and put us in touch with builders. Highly recommended, and we definitely will be using the team services again in the future when we decide to move on.

GoogleWe met Jake the first day of the viewing and explained to him that we had just pulled out of a previous house purchase due to lack of performance from the previous seller's team and that we wanted as fast a purchase as possible. There was a few complications along the way which Jake picked up and managed them through to fruition. I was very happy with KFH and would have no hesitation working with them again in the future.

From the moment we were contacted by Fawaz to understand our needs to the very detailed showings, Fawaz helped us to find a property that matched our family's needs. As first time home renters, he took us through the credit checks and other administrative details promptly to ensure that we were able to move in on time. I felt that all the dealings with KFH were transparent and fair. One point of improvement is that the check-in process could've smoother and there was a slight miscomm there but all is good in the end. Thank you for always being patient and kind Fawaz! You went the extra mile. Shoutout to Reece & Aman as well from the lettings team. Keep up the great work.

They never gave up on the target price and after getting the offer, they advised us prudently through every step. He went out of his way to work on both the seller and buyers side and went the extra mile to get the deal closed. I've noticed a few of the Google reviews of this estate agent mention him, so if you are using them make sure to ask for him to be your agent.

GoogleWe recently both sold and bought a property through KFH and have found the support offered by Chris, Martin and Fawaz to be exceptional. Fawaz managed the sale of our property and was proactive, upbeat and good natured throughout and a pleasure to work with. He worked closely with the buyers and us to ensure all queries and blockers were sorted. Martin guided us through the purchase of our new property with aplomb, providing insightful advice and working hard to get the best result for both parties. It was a pleasantly (and surprisingly) painless process, and I would happily recommend Chris' KFH team!
