I can't recommend Chris Taylor at KFH highly enough! Although ultimately we accepted an offer from a different agent due to a very complicated probate & Inheritance situation, Chris at KFH managed to achieve exactly the right balance of communication & contact whilst maintaining a sensitive tact & restraint for my feelings at what is an extremely difficult time for me, when some other agents have been very pushy & positively aggressive in their approach to me regarding selling my parents family home with all the associated memories attached to it.
If the sale that we have agreed through another agent falls through, then I will have no hesitation in contacting Chris at KFH immediately to market the property through him with KFH, & I would also highly recommend KFH to anybody else looking to market their property, particularly if they are in a similarly emotional & messy probate & Inheritance situation as myself.PositiveResponsiveness
