GoogleKFH did a great job selling our home. We were on the market at a difficult time which was the market lull just prior to the Brexit vote and our sale was agreed one week before the vote outcome. Throughout the uncertainty following the vote result KFH worked hard to ensure the sale progressed despite initially wobbly buyers as the papers were full of bad news stories and house price scares. Anisha and Zain were a great team, keeping us informed all the way, providing feedback on every viewing and updating on market information - and at all times supported by the rest of the KFH team who were always courteous and helpful and they always called us back!! I would absolutely recommend the team at KFH Ealing for their professionalism and dedication to get the best price and sale speed. Thank you guys!

GoogleMe and my mother have been searching for a suitable home in Ealing for months and wasn't able to find anything suitable or to our standers. Thankfully a kind gentle man named Guy Maranon whom works for KFH (Ealing Broadway branch) had came to help us after going to different agencies. Guy made sure he had got all information in terms of what we wanted in a home and what we wanted around us also. Within 2-3 days Guy had found the perfect property and made sure all criterias where met. I would recommend if you are in a bit of a bubble in finding a home or flat for you should talk to Guy Maranon he will find what you need with no stress. Our tenants moved in on 30th January .

GoogleExcellent - honest appraisal of our property and a swift agreement on the best price to market.
Stuart the manager was always available once we had agreed to sell with them, and communication generally was swift and accurate. His collage Anisha was also very informative and helpful during all the dealings with the flat.
In a tricky market we sold at full asking price and although the process was not straightforward this was only due to leagal matters and Stuart was in contact with both sets of solicitors keeping things moving.

GoogleOh my goodness, from start to finish, Sami was absolutely outstanding! We had initially registered with another KFH office in the Fulham area, however from the moment we received a call from Sami over in Ealing and he listened to what it was we were after, he found us the perfect property and managed to get everything sorted within a week. Anisha was also happy to sacrifice half hour on a few weekends to allow us back into the property to take measurements and show builders around, etc. We also never felt like she was trying to play games with us, whereas others agents didn't seem as trustworthy...
