GoogleMartin was not directly involved in the sale of my home, however he was selling the property of the person buying mine in a fairly complicated chain. He was throughout helpful, responsive and efficient in returning my queries and coming back to me, assisting in driving the chain at the bottom as well.

GoogleTo put my house on the market I contacted the Ealing office and was visited by Chris who gave me a realistic valuation and explanation of the process which moved on quickly and efficiently. I was particularly impressed by the fact that, before going live on the market, all members of his team came to see my house so they could introduce potential buyers with a strong degree of familiarity. Throughout all my dealings with KFH their staff have been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleSorry to say about this agents they are not right people the guy name Aman he promised they will give properties that day after taking advance rent and deposit so they keep changing the dates so they should know if someone is coming to there property they have to leave others ones so they give time there as well but they don’t care they said they will give refund which is not right way to deal with customers they should take deposits or rent when the property is fully ready we give them 4 weeks almost but the property was not ready very shameful I will not recommend. Who ever they go there just confirm the date and if not ready that day they should give compensation bcoz other landlords they charge them more if they know we are leaving..

GoogleThe worst company ever. They don't stop calling you when they want money or dealing with them. After taking the money from you, their style changes completely with you. They are unprofessional, and I can say that they are also unprofessional. Only five days before I move home, they tell me that my bank does not make them happy and they want To pay a full year's rent, if you want to return the money that was taken from me after wasting my time for three weeks, you tell me that Also, they wanted me to pay money to an insurance company for my furniture before I even moved in. My time, money, and effort was wasted, and in the end someone talks to me badly when they don't need me anymore.

GoogleInitially submitted a request via Rightmove to a property ad listed by them to arrange a viewing. Had all my contact details there, yet following an initial call the agent misspelled my email and I never received a viewing confirmation. Then, we rescheduled the viewing for another day and 15 mins before the arranged time I got a call that they didn’t have the key for the flat! A shocking waste of time…
