GoogleCompleted a sale and purchase with a long chain through KFH. This was a complex transaction which lasted for more than 6 months. I was really glad to have Fawaz Amir from the Ealing branch assigned to assist me, and I must say that he was a massive contributer to the success of this difficult transaction. He is very professional, excellent in directing and coordinating with the different parties which is what you exactly need in a sale an purchase chain transaction. I marketed my property a year ago with another famous high street Estate Agent and didnt manage to get it sold. Overall extremely happy that I chose KFH and I would recommend their service.

Martin gave sound advice, always dealt promptly with any questions and was very proactive in getting responses from agents and solicitors up and down the chain. Everyone in the office was consistently helpful throughout. They clearly work extremely effectively as a team. I particularly appreciated the fact that there was always someone to hand with knowledge of the state of my sale if Martin wasn’t available. This office provides excellent service. GoogleBased on the experiences I had with them I must say they're totally unprofessional. A year ago, KFH offered a free valuation of our flat. Almost a year later, 2-3 telephone reminders and a couple of email reminders later: Nothing. Tumbleweed. They have been completely ignoring us. To add insult to injury, we originally bought the flat in question through them. By the way, KFH: Anyone who has to ask customers explicitly for a good review on Google (something I'd expect a hairdresser to ask, not an estate agent) has very questionable ethics in the first place.

GooglePerseverance & Patience Keywords when i think about how KFH got us over the line with regards to selling our property. I have to call out Chris Taylor and Fawaz Amir who did a great job!! KFH held strong over the full corona lock down period but KFH kept getting buyers to come visit our flat We finally found a couple who put in an offer which we accepted - things did get a bit turbulent where the onward chain had specific demands around completion times and dates, but using KFH's extensive industry experience and guidance we were managed through the process and crossed the line with no major headaches. I would strongly recommend KFH Ealing ideally working with Chris and/or Fawaz who go above and beyond and see things through to the end. I wish them the very best of luck for the future and if we ever do sell or buy again would be great to work together again!

As my client is based abroad we helped her get her property market ready with overseeing the painting and home staging. They were really quick at answering any questions I had, very professional and great to work with. Most importantly they received multiple offers for my clients within days! Great work KFH and Chris! GoogleWe recently completed on our property purchase and were helped in the process by Fawaz Amir from KFH. Our experience was extremely positive - Fawaz always made himself available, promptly responded to emails/calls, was willing to be flexible in his schedule with viewings, mediated well between us and the vendor, and above all else, helped us close on a great property. Unlike many agents we came across, Fawaz consistently showed us properties he knew we’d be genuinely interested in and provided us great advices during the process. We’ll certainly reach out to KFH next time we’re considering a real estate transaction based on our experience.

GoogleI recently purchased a property in Ealing London via KFH’s agent Martin Sharp. The purchase had taken a little bit more than 6 months to complete and it was not a straightforward transaction. Martin had been very proactive in guiding it through and efficient in responses. Due to my oversea stationing we had only one face to face encounter but our contacts on line or through the mobile had been very frequent to make it all up. I give him full credit to the successful completion of the purchase.

GoogleThe most unprofessional service I’ve experienced. We offered on a property in Ealing Common before seeing it, which we were told was being considered by the landlord along with one other offer. We were told that the landlord wasn’t sure who to pick as the offers were the same and that he would make a decision after we had both visited the property. Feeling optimistic that we were in with a fair chance of securing it, we rushed from our midwife appointment in rush hour traffic to get to the viewing. Arriving slightly early, we waited for Alisha to show up. In the mean time another couple arrived, they informed us that they had been told their offer had been accepted and that we were only there as “back up option” in case they didn’t like the property! Alisha turned up late, to two bemused couples, having both been told two different things. She then proceeded to continue giving us two different stories, literally going from couple to couple, promising us both offers were being considered and telling the other couple the house was theirs! Eventually she conceded that we were second choice, and when asked if she felt it was professional to a) lie to a potential tenant just to get them as a fall back option and b) to make a pregnant women wait out in the cold under false pretences, she simply giggled and said ‘er no sorry’ She then said if we could wait outside while they viewed the property and then, if they didn’t want it, it was ours! Terrible company, unprofessional and clearly only interested in securing money, regardless of approach. Not only was Alisha unprofessional on the day, she also knew nothing about the property when I called to make the offer. I had to use Google maps to find out if it had a garden!
