GoogleBeware of this agency. Slick smooth talking operator only have their own self interest. They manipulate the tenant and landlord Into unnecessarily long term 3 year deals and take all their commission and huge contract fees upfront. The landlord won’t see a penny for 3-4 months. They do not make this clear!

It's funny that what started off as a chat with Anisha inquiring about another property which had been sold ended up with the purchase of the right property for me, this led to working with Shaheen who very quickly got my flat rented and finally with Joanna on the close out with the tenant. And of course under the leadership of you Stuart and Barney!
I found you all very professional, accommodating (especially as an overseas buyer), great communicators and excellent at keeping me up to date on progress and delivering on what you had committed to. Overall it was very easy to work with you all which made for a hassle free deal!!!

GoogleI highly recommend KFH. We came to KFH having been on the market for nearly 9 months with a different agent. KFH advised us to put the house back on the market and after just one set of 6 viewings on the first weekend, we had 2 offers, the second of which we accepted. An accepted offer within 10 days.
When we ran into problems with an increasing chain above us, Stuart personally stepped in to help establish the blockages and prod things along. Couldn’t have done it without him.

GoogleGood customer service - but they charge £210 to "draw up the contract". In our case we questioned one of the terms in there (saying we would pay all bills although this should not have been the case) and were told it was just a generic contract and we should ignore this term.I'm sorry but if I'm going to be charged £210, the price of a decent TV, for a piece of paper, I expect it to be absolutely perfect (and probably gold plated).
KFH are nothing more than relatively polite thieves.
