GoogleI originally left a very positive review for one of the KFH agents. After moving in, I’d like to retract my statement. The agency seemed to deliberately omit critical information about the property, leading us to make a decision to rent the place based on false assumptions. Once the contract was signed and we raised some concerns (the reality of the state of the property didn’t match what we agreed to), they essentially said “no takesies backsies” and ended it at that. The property wasn’t ready to be moved into when our tenancy began, and parts of our contract weren’t fulfilled until two months into the tenancy. I wouldn’t recommend working with KFH to anyone.

GoogleMine was a challenging sale: purchaser and onward had different ideas on dates. Chris was helpful through out and really earned his stripes. Sometimes it helps to pay for professionals rather the do it on the cheap: this sale simply would not have happened without someone driving it through.

GoogleWe were selling a 3 bed semi for Probate after a bereavement. Chris Taylor, who heads up this branch of KFH, clearly has the respect of his team and runs a tight ship. It was Chris who took time to come and meet me at the house at the beginning of the process, and choosing him to handle the sale was one of the easiest decisions I've ever had to make. The efficiency, professionalism and sensitivity shown by him and his immediate deputy in the case of our sale, Fawaz Amir, made a big a difference to a difficult year for us. They really went the extra mile.
