GoogleOut of all the staff at KFH Southgate, only Rebecca Zidan showed real passion and commitment to selling our house. She was the driving force behind the sale, ensuring everything progressed smoothly and quickly. For her, we give a well-deserved 5*.
However, our overall experience with KFH Southgate was disappointing, just 2*. Before working with Rebecca, we dealt with other agents who were frustrating to deal with, offered little to no feedback, and gave the impression they weren’t truly invested in selling our property.
If you’re fortunate enough to work with Rebecca, you’ll be in excellent hands. Otherwise, be prepared for a less satisfactory experience.

Most people will appreciate that selling and buying houses in England is not a simple task, and a competent, professional estate agent is essential. KFH were tenacious and engaged when marketing (and quick to get our house on the market), and then, importantly, getting our house sale over the line. Sunny, Tai and Matthew were all superb and a pleasure to deal with. They know the local market really well and found buyers really quickly for our house. GoogleChoosing the right agent when selling your most prized possession can be a difficult decision and it is such a relief when you know you’ve made the right one!
No pushy tactics, just a friendly and efficient service from valuation to completion.
Liam was handling my sale. He was incredibly responsive and handled all queries in a timely manner, including regularly going in between all the solicitors and agents in the chain to make sure the whole process ran smoothly.
Even when Liam was busy/not around, others in the office would always be contactable and they would all be up to speed with my transaction so were always on hand to help me out. None of the “I’ll take a message and have someone call you back” and then nobody ever does.
Throughout the process I spoke to many of the team at KFH Southgate, including Emmanuel, Beyzan and Matthew, all of whom had helped me out on at least one occasion. This goes to show the effective relationship they have within their team which ultimately results in a smooth and pleasant transaction for the client.
If you’re in the market for getting on the market then certainly give them a try!

They sold my flat in Southgate in just one week after we had been on the market for a year and a half with another agent. I was so happy with their professionalism when an offer was made - they didn't take the offer seriously until their documents had been completed and it had been verified and they were sure that it was a solid offer that could be followed through. I was pleasantly surprised at how involved KFH are right through until the moment the keys are handed over to the new owners. I felt very looked after by Sébastien & Oliver the whole way through the sale process. They were great at communicating with myself and the buyer and both of our solicitors and keeping us all informed at all times as we were all keen to have a quick sale.
