GoogleWe purchased from KFH in 2007 and they were the first estate agents we approached when we came to sell in 2021. We choose them over agents as their friendly demeanour and professional attitude gave us the confidence we wanted. We initially dealt with Sebastian but mainly dealt with Liam throughout the process. Communication was quick and efficient at all times and Liam helped immensely with a 'distant/slow' junior solicitor from the other side, helping us to get over the last few steps. I highly recommend this team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks to them all.

The valuation was accurate, their marketing strategy was spot on, and their advice throughout the process was very helpful. I would happily recommend the KFH team.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through the KFH team in Southgate. From our initial meeting with Sebastien Andreu through to Completion the entire process was extremely professional. Our main point of contact was Liam Huseyin who was absolutely fantastic throughout. In the most difficult year in anyone’s lifetime, Liam kept the whole thing together for us, skilfully and diplomatically negotiating with buyers on our behalf. In spite of furlough and our pre-lockdown buyers being forced to withdraw, we secured a sale ensuring we did not lose the onward property we had desperately been clinging on to for most of the year. In particular, as we neared Exchange, Liam worked tirelessly, dealing with slow, uncommunicative solicitors, other estate agents in the chain, and us, his very worried clients, to ensure we didn’t lose momentum. If you are looking to appoint an estate agent please do not overlook the critical role the agent plays in putting all the pieces together at this critical time - your solicitor won’t do this for you. GoogleRecently sold our house through KFH team in Southgate extremely happy with KFH and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I met Sebastian, his professionalism, knowledge of local area and initial introduction to how KFH operate really was outstanding and for us the green light to appoint KFH on the sale of our house. James helped with our sale ,he has a very mature and professional approach and always answered emails and returned calls very promptly. Our house was not the easiest to sell, however after a great deal of perseverance the house was sold at the price we wanted. I have nothing but praises, Thank you James. Liam highly experienced really understood our needs and helped find our dream home on the road which we have always desired for many years. Thank you Liam for your professionalism, positive+pleasant attitude and amazing guidance throughout this process. Liam also recommended solicitors whom where very good on the conveyancing. A special thanks to Charlotte always a pleasure to talk to for supporting on the documentation side. Both James and Liam really helped navigate through the entire process and were able to trouble shoot and push and follow up solicitors/buyers/sellers when needed. We then get the final golden call to say exchanged what an incredible journey it has been. A fantastic team led by example, thank you Sebastian for the endless calls, your calm approach, navigation and support has been very much appreciated The team all clearly communicate well with each other. Having approached other agents in the area its fair to say that KFH are definitely first class. An exemplary service by a very delightful team many thanks. GoogleHaving completed my house sale with KFH, it turned out that I bought my new house through them too. The service has been fantastic. Liam was great when doing viewings for my house and was just as good when it came to buying the new house. When he conducted viewings for my house he relayed historical information to the prospective buyers that I had only mentioned to him in passing. His attention was quite remarkable. He has always given me honest feedback. He recommended solicitors and surveyors that KFH use. I was a bit worried about putting all of my eggs in one basket but I opted to trust Liam's advice and he proved to be correct. The purchase was much smoother as a result of his direction.. There were some inevitable hiccups during the process but Liam was in constant contact and worked really hard to make sure everything went though. After a very unpleasant experience with another local estate agent I cannot speak highly enough of the KFH Southgate team. Liam was my main contact and was always proactive throughout the process, making the process as stress free as possible He was always quick to help with any questions and chase up solicitors when needed. If he wasn't in the office James and Sebastian were always there to help. Having worked with other estate agents in the area its fair to say that KFH are a class above the rest.

My neighbours sold their flat 2 years ago in basement for more than he valued mine...please don't trust their judgment...cowboys

GoogleOur dreams came through with the help of KSH Agent. Richard Bueno did not give up to find us a lovely house although we were hopeless with the high prices in our area. We visited lots of property with him and he has never lost his patience with us. He tried very hard and finally agreed to buy our first property. Without him, this would never happen. Once the agreement was reached, we were introduced to a top mortgage advisor. Med Moroglu was the guy to work with , he went through all documents to get our financial details, he had a large lender options to get mortgage offer but he always thought the best for us and selected the best rate best lender who would give us mortgage offer. There was one issue with one of the lender as the lender missed one of the requisites and it came out later during underwriting stage but Med reacted quickly, pull out our application and found out another good rate with another lender, what a professional and solution minded person, well done to him. Now, we are waiting completion date to move our lovely house. Many thanks for all help and assistance for Richard and Med. Everything is possible with them. I strongly advise to get their service if you ever want to sell or buy a property, Thanks.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic team led by Sebastian the manager, i would recommend anyone wishing to sell their home in the local area to use KFH. Stuart Banham dealt with my sale and I must say he was truly magnificent in the entire process, from start to finish, corresponding with me, my solicitor and the buyers solicitor to ensure a smooth sale. Richard, David and Charlotte were also brilliant and there is nothing else I could have have asked for . KFH are without doubt top estate agents.

GoogleI would like to recommend Stuart and Sebastien of KFH Southgate very highly in the service they provided me. Their handling of the sale of my property was exceptional and they went the extra mile to facilitate the sale to be executed as soon as possible. I had originally placed my property with another estate agent who were unable to convert to a sale. I contacted KFH and was impressed with their tenacious sale techniques and expertise, keeping me updated through the whole process and finding me a buyer within two weeks, even after the sale had been agreed Stuart worked extremely hard with the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain to bring about the exchange and completion dates to everybody's satisfaction. I cannot thank Stuart enough for his service which was professional and confident, it was a pleasure doing business with KFH.

GoogleThanks to Sebastien and his team we had really good advice on how to make our house sale as efficient as possible. The team had the viewings down to a fine art and always gave us prompt feedback. The result was that we had a good offer on our house after only 2 weeks of viewings. But what we thought was outstanding was the way Sebastien monitored the whole onward chain and kept us informed throughout the protracted forward sales process right through to exchange. We would certainly recommend this KFH office for a professional and friendly service.
