GoogleBad experience, I bought a house a couple weeks ago that was listed with KFH, and the seller left a faulty front door key with the agent on completion day. Instead of getting help from the agent to get a working key to get into my house, I had no choice than calling a locksmith. Isn’t the role of the agent to be the bridge between the seller and the buyer? Today, 2 weeks later, a set of keys appeared on the counter! I can only suspect that the seller found the working keys, entered the property and left the keys? Very disappointed with the poor service. Would never use those guys.

GoogleLiam was a pleasure to deal with. Open, honest and fair and dealt with things as quickly as they came in. A much less painful experience than we've had when buying/selling with others! Would definitely recommend the Liam and the Southgate KFH team.

Unfortunately I haven't managed to secure a purchase yet but the team are easily contactable, helpful and flexible too with regards to making time and availability for viewings including on Saturdays which is super helpful to someone like me.

GoogleLiam at KFH southgate was an absolute star to deal with. He understood our urgency to get our house sold, being landlords affected by the mortgage rate increase. He was always available to talk and consistently acted under our instruction throughout the sale. Should it not have been down to Liam handling our sale, we may have still been on the market. If you are thinking of selling in the southgate area, I would whole heartedly recommend using KFH southgate.... and ask for Liam!

Being Dutch and living in the Netherlands, the intricacies of selling a property in the UK were obviously unknown to us. From start to finish the whole process was explained to us each step of the way and managed professionally. Specially in the current difficult market conditions, Sebastiens’ advice on pricing and selecting the right buyer was hugely important, and done transparently and professionally. Highly recommended, also for non-UK residents who want to buy or sell a property in London.

GoogleBought a property with KFH and the team have been amazing especially Sébastien who was the focal point of the reasonably long chain making sure everyone was aligned and kept the communication going. It was not a smooth transaction so communication is essential and Sébastien went above and beyond to keep me updated and chased for updates. Would highly recommend!

On the ball, and personal approach made them easy to work with, and lessened the stress of the process. Totally in the know, and have their clients best interests at heart, I would highly recommend.
