GoogleWe have recently had brilliant service from KFH Southgate while purchasing our first house. We’ve had a bit of a nightmare over the last 12 months to say the least, and dealt with many estate agents, none of which have even come close to being as helpful, friendly and contactable as Liam at KFH. The whole team are always super friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping us through our purchase.

GoogleWe have been looking for a rental property for a while and Kenrick suggested we go and have a look at 3 properties. I was a little reluctant as they were outside our normal area. We decided to pursue purchasing one of the flats. Kenrick’s approach was persuasive without being pushy or aggressive. I have no doubt that our purchase of this property is due to the initial contact with Kenrick. We were then “looked after” by Liam who checked in with us on a regular basis, always answered e mails and was very efficient. I have no doubt that KFH were working for their clients but they were excellent to us as prospective purchasers too. We had been sold our home via Liam when he was working for Mortemores 10 years ago. He was great then too. Liam got married towards the end of the process and the sale was passed on to Sebastien and he has continued the seamless process. We have been very impressed and would sell through KFH were we intending to do so . Thank you .

GoogleI trusted KFH Southgate to sell our house at the right price and they did just that and quickly. I knew from the minute I met the team that they were a talented, smart bunch however still wanted to test them as this was... after all... my precious house I was selling! So, I gave the team a comprehensive tour of my house after which I quizzed them on questions I knew the buyer would ask. Needless to say they passed with flying colours, even enjoying the quiz and then, most importantly, taking that information with them to 'seal the deal' with our buyer. Nothing like professionals that listen and deliver. Thanks KFH Southgate!

GoogleI have just completed on a property purchase via KFH , Southgate N14. I found the whole process was taken care of from start to finish with a competent team lead by Mr Sebastien Andreu. It was stress free as all dealings with the vendor/solicitor were taken care of and also I was kept updated with all proceedings and nothing seemed too much for them. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I would recommend them to any prospective buyer or seller. I wish them all the best.

GoogleI have been very pleased with the service received in relation to a property purchase made via KFH Southgate branch. From our initial dealings with George through to the remainder of our case being dealt with by Sebastian, we found the whole process very well handled and professional with friendly and high quality staff that seem to genuinely care about you and your needs which in my experience is not always the case in this industry. By far the best estate agent experience I have had. I would definitely look to use KFH in the future and highly recommend. Thanks to all the team for helping make our move happen.

Liam Huseyin dealt with our purchase and was always happy to help and go above and beyond in dealing with the inefficiencies and issues created by our chosen solicitors (the latter's performance being in stark contrast to Liam and KFH's). A big thanks to him for his help. Overall a professional and efficient experience.
