The person booking appointments for viewings was rude and blunt, gave a 10 mins slot with others attending to view the property. Agent was late, which gave time for us to all chat about her poor this looks on them. Upon arrival the guy did not explain anything about the property, and all parties looked disappointed. A rookie display in comparison to positive experiences with the two other estate agents in the area on Saturday. If you're looking to sell with these guys don't bother, as at no point was there an attempt to sell to us. Nice flat, poor experience.

I couldn’t recommend KFH Balham, and especially Joel, more highly. As a first-time buyer, the whole process initially felt quite daunting, but from the very beginning Joel took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and showed me a fantastic range of suitable properties. He supported me throughout the entire journey, from viewings right through to completion, always communicating clearly and being incredibly proactive. Joel was consistently on hand to answer any questions I had, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Thanks to Joel’s guidance and support, the experience was far smoother than I ever expected. I can't recommend KFH Balham highly enough. After a disappointing experience with another estate agent in Balham where my sale fell through, working with KFH was a breath of fresh air. They sold my flat in just two weeks, and from start to finish the service was excellent. Selling a property is never stress free, but the team did everything they could to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Their communication throughout was fantastic.I was always kept up to date, they were proactive, responsive, and genuinely felt invested in getting the sale over the line. From the very beginning, Jason really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He showed us a property the day before it officially came to market, and it turned out to be exactly what we had been searching for. We completed on that very property. Throughout the process, Jason was consistently professional, responsive and proactive. As first-time buyers, there were plenty of questions and inevitable moments of stress, but he kept us informed every step of the way, regularly checked in with updates, and was always happy to help. An accurate guide on sales price...the property received a good amount of interest quickly and an offer within the time frame that I expected and hoped for. Excellent guidance through offer to completion as well. I was tempted to push for a small % higher but believe the advice from the team at KFH to move forward with the offer was correct given the market. Isabella, who left to move back to Australia during the process was very helpful and the process seamlessly moved to Leigh who gave me reassurance and clarity as one or two delays occurred with the buyers towards the end...but he set my mind at rest and successfully brought everything to a conclusion.
