GoogleWe recently dealt with Ben Watts to secure a short- term let in Balham. He was efficient, friendly and straightforward to work with. I called Ben while travelling in Germany to explain our situation and he promptly arranged for us to view the property remotely that same afternoon. We made an offer which was accepted and paperwork signed within a few days. Ben was committed to making a deal that would work for us, and we also felt that he was thorough and upfront in ensuring we were across all of the required detail. He was very attentive and supportive throughout the whole process from our initial interaction with him. The majority of our contact was through Josh, who was excellent throughout the process. We got quick responses from him, he was proactive and was consistently across all of the details at all stages. Brilliant dealing with him.
Also we want to thank Alice, who like Josh, was professional and thorough. Leigh, who we initially liaised with in the early stage of choosing KFH as our selling agent was also fantastic. He was confident of selling the property, had an extensive knowledge of the area & property type, and he gave us realistic expectations. He’d clearly done significant research before our first call, unlike other estate agents.
The sale went through quickly (by UK standards) - all up it took 3 months and 1 week from the date of accepting the offer to the date of completion of the sale.
In summary we were delighted with the service from KFH, and would recommend them to anyone selling property in the Balham and surrounding area.

I initially shortlisted a few properties to view with KFH which we did, but Josh also suggested to view another flat that actually ended up being the one I bought... so shout out to Josh for going out of his way and being spot on in understanding his customers' needs and taste ;) he was also very helpful throughout the whole conveyancing process. This was my first property and with me being a bit confused at times, he never failed to reassure me and clarify all the steps along the way. Five stars for sure!
