GoogleHave been really impressed by the friendly professionalism shown by Abs Odukoya in the Balham office. Even though he had to deliver some disappointing news to me at one point, he did it in such a way that it softened the blow. Abs listened carefully to understand my needs so as to match me with the right property. In addition, he also sandwiched 'property talk' with snippets of day to day conversation. I really enjoyed dealing with Abs and appreciated his sense of humour. From a tenant's perspective, he is a good role model for agents dealing with tenants.

We already had existing mortgage products and he looked into many different options and found us the best deal for our very specific circumstances. When I couldn't get hold of him, he very quickly messaged to let me know why he couldn't talk and would contact me very soon afterwards to address my concern. I had a very short timeframe to find properties and was speaking with multiple agents from other firms but while the rest tended to show me anything, the two properties he brought to my attention were both bulls-eyes: in my price range and good quality. Cannot say the same for the competition.
I was relocating from abroad having been out of the country for nearly 10 years and Abs was patient and liased between me and the landlady to make sure the process ran smoothly. No hiccups and couldn't be happier.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with this letting agency. It has been over 8 weeks since we moved out, and we are still waiting on the return of our security deposit. Despite multiple follow-ups, they’ve shown zero urgency, offered no clear communication, and taken no meaningful action to help us get our money back.
We’ve been passed from one person to another with no accountability or resolution. It feels like once we were no longer tenants, they completely washed their hands of us. This level of neglect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy or responsive team to rent through.

GoogleAlice has done a fantastic job in helping us to buy our first home together. She was patient and well informed during all the viewings and made us feel at ease throughout. We had difficulties with our solicitor and other agents in the chain, but Alice kept on top of everything and was always proactive in engaging all parties. She kept me informed, answered my (often very basic!) questions and I always knew what I needed to do. It really felt like she was on our team and cared about the outcome. There were some painful moments (mostly due to our solicitor) but we got there in the end thanks to Alice's perseverance, care and experience. I would strong recommend her and KFH Balham.
