GoogleExcellent service in selling our two bed apartment in Balham has been provided by Josh Collins. We found him to be knowledgeable, up to date with appropriate facts, charming to deal with, and perhaps most importantly, able to push and nudge all parties along when required. In turn, he seems to be very well supported by the company. We strongly recommend KFH.

GoogleWe recently closed a transaction through KFH Balham with Salomon Ducos. Salomon is a true professional and acted as a great intermediary between ourselves and the seller. Although we have experienced agents who seem to only act for one party, Salomon represented us as the buyer with conviction and helped us through the process without the feeling of harrasment one can often get with property purchases. I would recommend Salomon, and not hesitate in working with him in the future.

GoogleHad a great experience working with Ben. Navigating the rental property market in London is extremely difficult currently, especially with a lot of agents not taking much care with your search. This was not the case with Ben, he constantly updated us when properties that fitted our exact search came to market and guided us brilliantly to finally secure a property that was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

GoogleI had initially marketed with another agent before switching to KFH and that change could not have been a better decision. Unlike most other agents in the area they just did not hound me to sign up with them. They gladly and patiently showed me properties that I could buy, really understood my requirements & budget and didn’t just drag me to see things I wouldn't like or couldn’t afford. When I was ready to make that move, the team secured a buyer within a few weeks while at the same time, finding my perfect onward home. Much thanks to Leigh and his whole team; Ina who first persuaded me to walk in the door and her unfailing friendly smile, Louis and Stephen for getting so many potential buyers through the door and special thanks to Ed for negotiating both sale and purchase in what was at times a tricksy little chain to steer. I would happily engage the KFH Balham team again - professionalism and unfailing good humour go a long way!

GoogleWhat can I say. Will and the team were incredible. Not only did Will help massively with the sale but also gave lots of advice about the onward chain he had nothing to do with. When my buyer pulled out they were on hand for the fastest turnaround and got a new buyer in place over a weekend. I would highly recommend the team at KFH Balham. 5 gold stars.

GoogleIna Betsi and Leigh Munday did an excellent job in the sale of our flat in Balham. It was a very tricky time for flat sales and Leigh and Ina were very proactive in keeping viewings coming in and eventually finding the right buyer. They kept us up to date with activity and provided useful advice on the process. The flat was also managed by KFH Balham while it was rented and Will Brindley and team did a great job of managing the letting. Very pleased.

GoogleWe have just sold and bought through KFH and the whole process has been well co-ordinated, professionally driven and personally handled. We are returning customers as we bought and sold through the Balham branch 11 years ago and yet again they came up trumps in record time! I couldn't recommend their services highly enough and in particular Poppy Carnegie-Peake, who was a hive of positive, professional energy throughout the process! Also, their recommended solicitor was excellent and we felt extremely reassured in her hands at every stage. All in all, an excellent, seamless service and a very happy customer. Would definitely use KFH again next time! Thank you.

GoogleOver the past week or so I have visited countless estate agents in Clapham South, Balham, Tooting Bec and Tooting. I have viewed numerous properties and met quite a number of estate agents. In the end I found a place advertised online direct by the landlord that was perfect for me without fees BUT of all the estate agents I met Abs Odukoya was by a mile the best agent. He was extremely professional, polite, courteous and made me feel that he was doing his best to help me find a place. He took me on a number of viewings and tried very hard to match the properties to my needs. I will recommend and KFH to anyone and everyone I meet who needs help with property related matters. If I need estate agent services again he is the first person I will go to, cannot recommend the guy highly enough. 5 stars!

GoogleI bought my first flat 3 years ago in Balham through KFH and was very impressed with their service. When I came to sell this flat recently I did not hesitate to choose them as my sales agents. They sold my flat very quickly at a good price and Paul's team have done a fantastic job, especially Tristan, in helping to keep the sale moving despite a number of issues that occurred during the sale. I would highly recommend them.
