He was extremely professional, did a great job of listening to my needs without being pushy / aggressive and amended our search as he better understood what I was looking for. GoogleI recently spent an afternoon with Alice Deyermond when looking for a new house in Balham. Alice was very organised and flexible and made the most of our time together by fitting in four relevant viewings. She was knowledgeable about the market and the four properties we viewed. I was very pleased with the experience and will continue to work with her going forward.

From being called by Ben to having a contract signed up including all the reference checks, elec and gas safety and multiple backwards and forward with the landlord was less than 24hours!! My experience of agents in London has been mixed, but these guys have a great system and they are very efficient and honest. Thanks Ben, great work!

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH. In particular, Will was excellent and supported us at every step of the process from initial viewings till our completion last week. He kept us informed and was always on top with the follow-ups to make sure everything was smooth. We also used their mortgage service which made the mortgage application so much less stressful. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe signed up to loads of Estate Agents recently when we were moving to Balham. KFH were by far the best on all fronts. Their staff(We dealt with Jack) are super friendly and more than happy to help you with anything you need. We were only shown places that matched our criteria and budget, no time was wasted. While this shouldn't need to be a selling point for estate agents, others we had signed up for showed us places that knew was outside of what we were asking for. We needed referral letters to get off street parking sorted and they were more than happy to do this free of charge - not very common for other agents. Use KFH before any others in the Balham area.

GoogleJenelle at KFH in Balham was the best estate agent I came across during our entire search. Even though we didn't manage to find something with Jenelle at the end, she was always on the ball contacting us with updates and new options - trying her best to make something work for us. I would highly recommend Jenelle if you're looking for property to let in and around Balham!

GoogleI moved to Balham 5 years ago and purchased my first property along with my partner through KFH. Paul and his team are very different from most London estate agents and take the time to understand what exactly you are looking for ensuring that they do not waste anyone's time showing you "just what they have on the books". The whole buying process was smooth and the level of service exceptional and this is why 3 years later when we were ready to up-size Paul was the only person we want to call to help us to sell our property on. Once again their level of understanding of the local market, our property and also prospective buyers had us more than one offer on the table in no time and two very happy customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his team to anyone (and frequently do to anyone I know looking to buy or sell) and when the time comes to move again, Paul will be the 1st person I call!

GoogleWhen we decided we wanted to buy in Balham/Clapham we listed with almost every agency in the area. The team at KFH were professional and courteous. Liz Fara was one of the few agents who actually listened and seemed to understand what we were looking for. She was a pleasure to deal with. After finding something we liked the sale took an extraordinarily long time to go through - 11+ months between first agreeing the sale and completion - however Paul Herring (manager) worked really hard to get it over the line. He was then incredibly supportive between exchange and completion - going above and beyond to help with our proposed building works. Amazing service, we would definitely recommend.

Friendly, great knowledge of the local and surrounding areas and always on hand to answer any questions i had. I have always been apprehensive when dealing with estate agents but dealing with Abs was a smooth and easy experience and i would definitely recommend him to any one looking for properties in the area. 10/10 !!!

GoogleTop notch agents. Particular thanks to Lewis B, who accompanied us on a 6 month journey looking to buy in the area and put a lot of time and effort in during that period. Very knowledgeable and made the process easy for first time buyers. We had a few disappointments along the way, but KFH certainly can't be faulted in the way they handled things. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again for buying or selling.

A sale was agreed before the flat went on the market and Alice was proactive in chasing up information throughout the process and making sure the sale proceeded to a satisfactory conclusion. GoogleWe purchased a house through KFH with our estate agent Joel. It wasn't the easiest sale due to multiple hold ups on the seller's side which were outside of everyone's control. Joel did a fantastic job of relationship managing all of the stakeholders involved and did everything he could to progress the sale as quickly as possible. He was very responsive to emails and calls and was honest about the status of the transaction so that we could try and manage our life around it as best as possible. We definitely wouldn't have got the house if it wasnt for Joel's perseverence. Thank you very much!
