From start to finish Salomon was professional and efficient, and towards the end he kept on top of the various parties involved to ensure a smooth exchange and completion. GoogleIna was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and we certainly wouldn't have got to exchange so quickly (if at all) without all of her help! What made her stand out even more, was the fact that she was willing to take time after hours to accommodate our tight working schedule, which is a rarity. She was always punctual, flexible, and helpful in all ways - we couldn't recommend enough.

I thought Alice was a constructive and thoughtful conduit through whom views were exchanged between us and the buyers. I would happily use the firm again.

GoogleAs first-time landlords the lettings team at Balham have been fantastic. We were immediately impressed by Will, he clearly knows the local market and has a genuine enthusiasm for what he does. Jack was also great at guiding us through everything and ensuring all ran smoothly. Ultimately I don’t believe we would have rented our property out so quickly and at the asking price with any other agent.

GoogleThanks to Stephen and Ed, we succeeded with our sale under difficult market conditions. They are very professional, patient and persistent. KFH provided with many viewings and eventually generated enough offers to make the sale happen. I would recommend them over anyone else in Balham. We went to KFH after trying two other agents who let us down and wasted almost a year. I would highly recommend KFH.
