I can’t thank Sabhah and Mo enough for their support. Relocating from New York to London is a daunting process, especially trying to find a home in a neighbourhood that feels right. Sabhah was so patient and helpful in finding an apartment that hit every requirement on my list, managing plenty of back-and-forth during the offer process. Mo handled everything with such professionalism that I felt in good hands from the start. We are about to finalize the rental- I will update my comment once we complete- but for now, I can confidently say that if you are looking to rent in London, this is the team you want in your corner!

Brilliant Agency - they’re very welcoming and helpful. Our agent Sabhah was lovely, considerate and invested from the start but never pushy. We’ve dealt with other agents from different agencies who constantly called and offered unwanted properties - it wasn’t like this with KFH. We found our perfect new home and can’t recommend KFH and especially Sabhah enough!!!

The rental market in London is certainly overwhelming, and one of the first flats I looked at in W10 immediately drew me in. Rob met me at the property and was absolutely delightful from the outset. He was incredibly efficient in helping me to secure the lease on the day of the viewing, even organising an in-person meeting with the landlord that day, but without making me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. His colleague Mo is also charming and I really cannot recommend Draker's highly enough. Both Rob and Mo are excellent communicators, and provide a service that is uniquely tailored to the tenant's needs. I felt my personal circumstances were instantly understood, respected and appreciated, and that I would be well looked after throughout the course of my tenancy. Five stars!

I dealt with Soroush and Claudio from KFH while purchasing a property in HP - both outstanding professional in the real estate market in London and extremely knowledgeable about HP. Claudio showed me the property at first and was very exhaustive in all details - he was very professional and available to answer any questions.
