⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend James W highly enough. From start to finish, he provided a first-class service and consistently went above and beyond to help. Communication was outstanding, James always responded incredibly quickly to any queries and kept me fully informed throughout the process. When my buyer unfortunately pulled out, he was extremely supportive, offered practical advice, and worked hard to help me navigate what was a challenging situation. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his professionalism, knowledge and commitment really stood out. It's rare to find someone so proactive and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for their client. I wouldn't hesitate to use James again on my next property transaction and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional estate agent. Five stars all round!

My experience of renting through KFH this time was incredibly smooth and pleasant. Matilda is the most professional, responsible and reliable negotiator I’ve come across during my month-long property search! Following the introduction of the new renting rules in May, the conditions for renting became more complicated for us. I’ve spoken to quite a few letting agents, but they seem rather unsure themselves, so I received a lot of incorrect information. Matilda, however, was very professional right from our very first conversation and provided a clear plan. Throughout the rest of the letting process, she always answered all my questions promptly, which put my mind at ease. Thank you Matilda!

I successfully purchased a property with the help of Richard Ward, and overall I am very satisfied with the experience. What impressed me most was his communication skill, which made both me and the seller feel comfortable throughout the process. This is a very valuable soft skill. He was able to clearly communicate my expectations to the seller, and the seller’s expectations to me, in a way that made both sides feel respected and happy to move forward with the deal. Previously, I had worked with another agent who often gave me the impression that they looked down on buyers or did not respect buyers’ requests. Richard was completely different. For example, after I raised concerns about the heating radiator, he quickly coordinated with the seller to have the issue repaired. This made the communication and transaction feel trustworthy and reliable, which gave me much greater confidence during the purchase process. Because of this trust and goodwill, I was also happy to cooperate and move the transaction forward quickly on my side. I believe respect and support in a transaction should go both ways, and Richard demonstrated this very well. Overall, I am very satisfied with this experience and I consider Richard Ward to be a very mature and professional property sales negotiator. If I sell a property in the future, or if any of my friends need an agent, I would definitely recommend Richard.
