GoogleSmooth process. Responsive. Cannot fault that and very professional. Prof photos awful and floor plan wrong. Photographer just used wrong stock photos. My concern is the low rent offered to tenant without discussing with me. Way too low for gated development. With gym. End year targets meant kfh wanted quick turnaround. I could leave flat empty for over 6 weeks as that’s the cost to me so persuading me to get someone in now rather than void period does not make sense. I set criteria but felt kfh were pushy trying to get me to accept others . Unfurnished when flat furnished. Couples when I specify single person as flat very small etc. fees were negotiated so that was good but with fees and ridiculous low rent and mortgage left with very little. Not happy to pay fees in advance. Will sell as earliest opportunity.

GoogleI have been dealing with Linnea for many months at KFH and she is nothing short of amazing. The move she has been assisting me with for my client has not been the usual quick process and she has handled every obstacle with ease and positivity and nothing has been a problem for her. She has remained very responsive even after the tenancy started unlike many other letting agents that disappear of the radar as soon as the money is paid. I look forward to working with Linnea again in the future.

GoogleGreat team here, found a lovely place thanks to Holly Witherington! She was extremely professional, polite and friendly - always replying to our emails quickly. Throughout the whole process: arranging the viewing, showing me around the property, following up with the offer and finalising the tenancy agreement, Holly has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We're tenants, and our initial enquiry was regarding a property different to the one we're moving into now, she had suggested alternative properties - which is great because this one is much nicer. Final thanks again, finding a place has been stressful but Holly and the KFH team have definitely made it easier! Wish you all the best Holly!

Before I even arrived in the UK, Linnea sent a video of the property. Then, once I landed, she arranged a physical viewing at my request. The entire process, from that first glimpse to making an offer and moving in, was handled efficiently and professionally. The whole Kingston team was friendly and approachable. GoogleWe originally had our property on with another agent for 3 months, with only a slow trickle of viewings, price reductions, no offers and a frustrating lack of communication. We spoke to a few agents when looking for an alternative and felt like Will really listened to us and wanted to help (unlike the others who felt very pushy/salesy!). His communication throughout the whole process has been excellent. Always willing to answer questions and give advice and guidance through what is quite a stressful time! Whenever we spoke to anyone else at KFH, they were also super helpful too. I would highly recommend using Will as your agent if you are looking at buying/selling - thanks Will!

GoogleFirstly, I would like to thank Amanta for helping me in the initial house viewings. She was very accomodating and helpful even though I was considerably late to the first viewing. I am hugely grateful to Will for his excellent communication and support throughout the house-buying process. He was exceptionally prompt in his replies, and always patient with my many questions, being a first-time buyer. I felt throughout the process that Will had my best interests at heart, and would absolutely use Will in the future. I would highly recommend using Will as an agent in purchasing a house. The solicitors that were recommended via KFH were competent and professional, and the process was seemless.

There was a few snags along the way with the solicitors but both Will and Toby kept chasing and putting the pressure on to get the sale completed! Great communication with both phone and email. Would highly recommend!

GoogleWe had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency, particularly with the agent Linnea. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of transparency throughout the process was shocking. We viewed a property we really liked and after a few days of delay saying the landlord is away, we were told our offer was accepted. We paid the deposit immediately and completed all referencing within the deadline. During this time, we repeatedly confirmed with the agent that the landlord was not considering other offers, and we were reassured multiple times that the property was ours and no further viewings would take place. However, we were suddenly told that the landlord had rented the property to someone else. No clear explanation was given, and it became obvious that the agency was not being transparent, the landlord was likely considering other applicants all along despite assuring us otherwise. Because of this, we lost valuable time in our rental search and missed out on another great opportunity. Since we had already gone through an extensive reference process, the agent offered to show us another property. We were told the landlord was happy to proceed. But again, communication was incredibly unclear and full of delays. We were repeatedly told the landlord was “away,” only to later find out that the property had been rented to someone else. Throughout the entire process, we experienced poor communication, misleading assurances, and a clear lack of honesty and professionalism. It felt like we were constantly left in the dark and given excuses rather than truthful updates. This agency caused us unnecessary stress, wasted time, and cost us other rental opportunities. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a property.

GoogleMy siblings and I tried to rent a property through this agency. We viewed a house we liked, completed all the required documents, and paid the requested deposit. The agent, Linnea, repeatedly assured us that everything was fine, but later told us that the landlord had rented the property to someone else without any explanation. They then said they wanted to make up for the situation by showing us other properties. Unfortunately, the same lack of transparency continued, missing information, delays, and unclear communication. We were again told, after following up ourselves, that the second property had also been rented to someone else. Throughout the entire process, Linnea and the agency showed no transparency or honesty, and it was extremely difficult to get clear information. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience. I would never recommend this agency.

GoogleI can only speak on my experience with Linnea as she is the only agent I have dealt with, but that is all I needed to leave a 5 star review. Linnea has been a beacon of light in an otherwise dire situation and has shown nothing but kindness, professionalism and passion for what she does. She has been prompt, communicative and personable and to say that she is exceptional in her role would be an understatement. She has not only gone above and beyond to ensure I’ve found the right property, despite many hurdles thrown our way, but she has done so in a matter of weeks. From first enquiry to getting the keys, she has shown nothing but determination and and I could not be more thankful. The team at KFH Kingston are so lucky to have found such a gem but I consider myself to be even luckier to be in the position I am because of her.
