I genuinely can’t recommend KFH enough. What a fantastic job they did for us. The individual determination and effort ( Amy and Lisa are brilliant ) working alongside honest and professional experience ( Sophie you star ) meant that our home was marketed and shown to genuine and committed buyers. A huge thank you to Sophie, Amy and Lisa, my lovely ladies at KFH Hayes, who embarked on a nine month journey with me to sell my late mother's property. Little did we know it was going to be a journey that had more plot twists than an Agatha Christie novel and at times would leave us all lost for words, not daring to imagine what the next chapter was going to bring. However, at each hurdle their professionalism and positivity assured me we would eventually get the desired outcome and they were right, we did. A massive thank you especially to Amy, who navigated the whole process with me, including a difficult chain for four months. Amy was professional, personable, proactive and tenacious when appropriate. She always made herself available and kept me updated. Amy has a cheerful and easy natural warmth with her clients, which helps to make the whole process easier when situations become complicated and stressful. Her ability to join me in finding a sense of humour in some difficult moments was very much appreciated and definitely helped when the going got tough! I cannot recommend KFH and the whole Hayes team more. We chose KFH Hayes to sell our house and from the first meeting to securing an offer 4 weeks later Amy dealt with the whole process efficiently and smoothly. She was so friendly and professional and always happy to answer our questions however silly! I cannot recommend Amy Claiborne-Dixon highly enough. What impressed me most was her persistence, communication and genuine ownership of the transaction. Amy never adopted a "wait and see" approach. She was constantly following up with solicitors, management companies, buyers and all parties involved to ensure momentum was maintained and that nothing slipped through the cracks. There were numerous occasions where Amy proactively chased outstanding enquiries, sought alternative routes to obtain information, and kept all parties updated when communication elsewhere was limited. At several key points in the transaction, she was often the person providing the clearest updates and helping move matters forward. Beyond her professionalism, Amy brought a human element to the process. She was approachable, responsive, calm under pressure and always willing to go the extra mile.
