From the very first viewing he was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to show us around and answer every question. Directly after the viewing he responded to my queries. Overall, I appreciated how responsive he was, mornings, evenings, and even weekends, he always got back to us quickly and never left us waiting or unsure of what was happening.
