GoogleI just bought my first home and the experience with KFH was very good! I met Pervin during the first viewing and she was my contact throughout. She was always there to help answering my questions and meeting deadlines by being the point of contact between me, the seller and both our solicitors. She was always super responsive, friendly and help me through the most panicky moments. Thanks Pervin!!! I wish you annd the team all the best.

GoogleIn 2022, I worked with Temitayo to find tenants for our property. She was extremely efficient and responsive. A lifesaver while we had so many other things going on! In 2020, I worked with Euan on the purchase of our home. He was amazing and helped push the process along so that we were able to go from viewing to closing in under 6 weeks! GoogleWe connected with Steve Daley and Carla Hellery during our search to rent a place. Steve was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process, which made actually finding a suitable flat much easier. Carla was then extremely helpful with the referencing and other mechanics, and always responded to queries in a very timely fashion. The KFH portal for document signature and referencing was also extremely easy. Overall, very happy and would highly recommend to others.

GoogleCarla and Steve were my points of contact once Visa had gone around my flat with me and discussed the letting arrangements. I found Carla and Steve clear and patient to communicate with long distance and I was impressed that Steve was checking that everything was in place at 8.30 am the morning that the new tenant moved in. As the saying goes 'the early bird catches the worms'!

GoogleThe easiest agents I've ever worked with. Andre was absolutely clear with me about the property throughout and kept me updated on the status of the offer - and importantly for me was very understanding that I was uncontactable during the crucial period following have made the offer and it being accepted in principle by the landlord. Both Andre and Carla were very responsive to my queries (and where they couldn't respond immediately, consistently kept me updated on the status of items) and got all of the paperwork through in an impressively short length of time (eg, submitted reference materials after midnight, all cleared before 9.30am) - never have I had a rental process this painless. Touch wood the move-in goes as well - but hoping Andre and Carla can also take charge on that!

GoogleIt's my first time renting my flat out and I've had a really good experience with KFH. I first put my flat for short-term rent - received an offer within 24 hours of listing. Then I just put my flat up in March for long-term rent - again, I received an offer within 24 hours of listing! I accepted both offers as they were both great tenants. I interviewed 5 other agencies and Khan was the most genuine of them and quoted the best price. Khan is always quick to respond, even during the pandemic, and offers sensible advice and guidance. My good experiences have been specifically with Khan Cohen, Sam Faid, Stephen Daley and Carla Hellery.

Although we found our new home with another agent in the end we are grateful for their help in our search.
