She played a key role in helping me find my new home, and as we all know, there are few things in life more important than finding a place where you feel truly Veronika has been incredibly patient and fair throughout the process. GoogleSpecial shoutout to KFH. Especially Jeremy, to be exact. Gave me a flat viewing. Even though I didn't take it in the end due to moving overseas, I admired his professionalism and smooth approach. It was relatable and gave me more extra information about the location I was aiming for. Which I believe that's his USP. I strongly recommend going to this company and looking for Jeremy. Thank you for your hospitality. And if I do decide to look for a place again I'm back in the UK. I'm coming to you.

GoogleMy house sale was handled so professionally and efficiently by Pervin at KFH. Not only did the whole team make sure that the selling process was as smooth as possible, but Pervin was always at the end of the phone dealing with my questions and worries (big and small) and ensuring that all viewings and offers were sensitively and expertly negotiated. I cannot recommend her highly enough. A super- safe pair of hands.

GoogleI'm here to say a BIG THANK YOU to Stephen, such a great property manager. I remember when my boyfriend and I first started to look for apartments back in June. We were stressed out and had no idea what was going to happen due to the bad experience we had with the previous property letting agency. It was hard for us to trust another letting agency again - until we met Stephen! He is such a kind soul, helping us along the whole process, and no matter how many questions I asked him, he always provided us with quick responses. Now that we've been living here for more than 7 months - living our best lives in our 20s! I'm really thankful for Stephen, and I definitely recommend people to contact him if they want to rent property in North London!

GoogleJayden at KFH was by far the best estate agent I’ve encountered. All estate agents should be like Jayden. He really worked hard to sort out not only the right flat for me, but all of the interim issues and things that needed to be solved once the ball got rolling. Genuinely got the sense from the beginning that Jayden was dedicated to making this work for me and indeed all of us. He picked up the phone every time I called and answered emails immediately. A very kind and considerate professional who ensured the process was smooth and secure. How Jayden acts should be a standard amongst his profession. Simply cannot speak highly enough of him. GoogleSo far the process of getting our flat for next year has been positive. KFH are very professional and make the steps clear on how to start our tenancy clear on their portal page, which keeps up updated. In particular, our negotiator Nicole has been very good in keeping us updated through phone as well as email. She did our viewing and also supported us through our offer and tenancy process.

GoogleIm 5 years in London and i have moved several times. Like most people, moving in London is a nightmare and I was ready to have another round of useless agents that are extremely unprofessional. I delt with one of the agents of KFH - Angela. I have to admit that after 5 years here dealing with multiple companies and multiple agents Angela was by far the most helpful person I came across. Firstly, she the took the time even on a Sunday to help us out with our enquiries. Later on we found out she had a day off. She went above and beyond to find for us a suitable property when I thought that she would just give up and move to the next person. On the viewings she always came on time, something that from my experience is extremely rare. The whole process felt for the first time like we had someone on our side that was taking the whole burden of moving off our shoulders. I hope next time we move Angela will be our agent, if not with KFH I will contact her to the company she is at the time. Thank you KFH and Angela for your help and good job with your agents!

GooglePervin was absolutely incredible with handling our sale from offer to exchange, and managing to keep things moving between solicitors, despite the complexities of the sales. The rest of the process was also great, with a realistic but competitive valuation, more viewings than our previous agent and good feedback and communication. Would highly recommend.
