GoogleIts an amazing company to find better accommodation. But I must say this is happened for the people work there, specially the person O dealt with Angela. She is so cooperative, understanding and listen customers and obviously transparent in information. Thank you very much Angela for your wonderful gesture. I appreciate it.

GoogleI've dealt with a large number of estate agents over the past year+ while trying to buy a property and KFH are up there with the most professional and efficient. Some agents bizarrely don't even give printed details for a viewing when you are considering a purchase in the hundreds of thousands of pounds; the document I received was well presented with all the necessary details and a decent number of photographs. Fortunately we only ran into a couple of issues during the purchase process which KFH helped resolve quickly. All in all, this was the least stressful purchase attempt I have made (and fortunately this one went through to completion). All of this was in large part thanks to Sam who was my main point of contact throughout.

The team kept us informed throughout the process and made a potentially stressful experience from overseas run smoothly. They know their market, guide the vendor through and provide top notch advice to ensure a smooth transaction including advising our choice of solicitor which proved a wise move. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

GoogleI had a great experience with KFH and would like to make a special mention of Samantha Clegg who as an agent went above and beyond what we expected. If I'm honest I had heard some warnings about estate agents (we're first time buyers) when searching for a property but Sam dispelled lots of myths. She was honest with us at each stage and helped us achieve the right price with a very friendly and genuine approach. What was extra special was she was happy to meet for private coffees and we believe she really treated both vendor and seller in the best possible ways. Her response time was always exceptional too, despite being very busy. I would highly recommend Sam. She is excellent at her job.

GoogleLike most people, I found choosing an estate agent really difficult. We originally went with a competitor down the road, who were terrible. After 6 months there was only a couple of offers and there attitudes was very negative about the sale. We swapped to KFH who found a buyer within a couple of weeks at the asking price. We dealt with Sam who was brilliant to work with - if you are considering going with KFH see if you can get her to manage things, she's great.

I felt that he sincerely wanted us to get the property. Great guy, great attitude, pleasure to deal with at any time of the day. I’ve always felt she’s been on our side which is one of the hardest things to find in a good estate agent, and on top of that she’s always there to answer any questions we might have about the property. GoogleWe were very lucky to have Sam as our agent. We've been looking for a flat for over a month, so we have had a number of agencies and agents trying to help us but Sam was absolute best. It took one day from viewing the property to paying the deposit. Her engagement, diligence and scrupulousness are truly admirable and if I'm ever going to look for a home again, I'll definitely know who to contact!!
