GoogleThe experience with KFH was refreshing. Samantha listened to our requirements and showed us suitable properties. Unlike some other agents KFH did not just forward every new property to us. Throughout the purchase KFH were professional and helpful. They helped drive the purchase forward and were excellent communicators throughout. Samantha Clegg was helpful and flexible and made the entire purchase process painless.

GoogleVery rude, incompetent staff. Khan Cohen in particular. Assisted landlord in trying to scam me out of my deposit. Once entered my flat without permission as they mistook it for another flat they were selling me. Scared the living daylights out of me. Avoid at all costs. In response, the deposit scheme did not find in the landlord's favour. Khan Cohen assisted the landlord in producing a forged invoice from her own company. Thanks for your response ??

Hello Tonta, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your KFH experience and have looked into this for you. It is from our understanding that damage was caused to the property and this was resolved fairly by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme who found the dispute in the Landlords favour. As for our agent entering the flat without permission, we are very sorry to hear that this happened. Unfortunately, it seems that there was a miscommunication with our photographer that led to this happening. GoogleA very big 'shout out' to Veronika for her excellent customer service. She is the first agent since January that I felt was truly interested in helping myself and my flatmate to find a 2 bed flat, in what has become a crazy market. She listened to what we needed and despite our tight, but realistic budget, at no point made us feel unworthy of her time. Her 'glass half full' attitude was truly refreshing. Thanks!
