GoogleThe worst property management experience I have had. Like sending emails into a black hole. We moved in to find extensive damp, and a bathroom under construction (issues we were promised would be fixed prior to moving in). Then waste water started leaking through our bedroom ceiling, and mushrooms growing. KFH blamed the landlord for being slow to respond, when in fact they had lied to him, saying the leak had been fixed when it had not. The landlord removed the property management from KFH and everything is now going smoothly and all works needed are underway. Extremely frustrating to be completely ignored for 2 months when there are significant issues with the property. The team that helped us find the house were very good, but the property management was abysmal.

GoogleAfter moving from the States to London the rental market seemed quite intimidating. We had looked at multiple flats with various companies, all seeming to want and need different things from us as the renters but not communicating along the way to ensure an understanding of the process and how to essentially secure a flat. KFH was just the opposite, extremely professional, very upfront as to what we would need in our application to ensure a very strong application to secure a flat we were head over heels for, and always responded to our many questions about the market in a timely manner. From the time we submitted the offer and went through the process it was only a week until we got the keys for our dream flat! Thanks again to David, Steve, and Carla who made it all happen.
