GoogleStephen Daley is by far the best estate agent that my partner and I have come to meet. He is incredibly helpful and really listens to what you are looking for in a property. He is quick to adapt and adjust the properties he shows in accordance with your preference, and he is a really friendly, professional and lovely person. 10/10 for Steve!

They pretty much immediately got us a high quality offer after going on the market with them and they were efficient and friendly throughout the process of getting the offer through to exchange of contracts. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAt very short notice, Steve did an excellent job of letting our flat in record time. Steve’s responsiveness really made the process smooth. His advice and knowledge of the market was invaluable too. The others in the team were very helpful too, particularly Carla who prepared all of the documentation very quickly.

GoogleThe people at KFH are top notch. We really wanted to rent an amazing flat but then discovered it was not pet friendly. However, our agent Steve was able to negotiate on our behalf and convinced the landlord to allow our dog. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and dedication to fight for you, and recommend them to anyone looking to find a flat, especially if they have a pet!

GoogleWe just completed a purchase via KFH, and dealt with Euan in particular. As buyers you are always skeptical of the salesperson, but throughout the process and despite what was a very busy period for estate agents, Euan was responsive, easy to deal with and kept communication open between us and the sellers. Was overall a relatively smooth process

GoogleLack of care for tenants - we should have known from the viewing where the lady cancelled on us just before and then sent a man who knew nothing about the property (not even how much they were renting it for). We went for it as it was perfectly located but then found out after moving in that it had previously been a brothel and therefore we were inundated with callers looking for those services. KFH told us they would never have put the property up if they'd known but were happy to put the property on after we moved out a year later (we had callers the whole tenancy although a lot less towards the end of the year). We moved in after specifically asking for a full clean (the property was disgusting when we looked around, makes sense in hindsight) and the clean hadn't been checked so there was grime all around the fridge (which was also broken) and cupboards, stains on the carpet, old tenants items left behind (it was a complete tip). To top it all off they forgot to set up the standing order which we had signed for so our landlord didn't get our rental payments for the first few months despite us having transferred the funds. Completely immoral company which is a shame because a few people we spoke to seemed to understand the severity of living in an ex brothel as two young women. As a renter for the last 8 years I cannot believe they got away with such a lack of care for tenants. Lesson learnt, never using KFH for renting or buying.
