GoogleVery friendly and helpful team, we viewed and moved in within two weeks, they told us everything we had to do ASAP and didn't surprise us with any added fees - like most places do - I would highly recommend them and I will be looking to use them in the future.

View AgentsOverall Poor Experience - Avoid as a tenant
When we initially moved into the property we were provided with misleading information regarding council tax band and parking from the agent who conducted the viewing - both deciding factors for settling on the property. Upon move out, the company refused to action the release of our deposit from the protection scheme in a timely manner despite being asked twice by the landlord of the property himself to do so. We effectively had to wait for almost a month longer than should have been necessary to receive the deposit back. All in all, not a positive experience and will be avoiding as both a future tenant and prospective buyer.

YellYour Move Whitton TW2 - what a waste of time.
Would you trust a Company who advised a Vendor to accept an offer from a client with no mortgage in place instead of a cash offer - this on a property that is unmortgageable because it has no kitchen and needs complete renovation? We made the cash offer of the full asking price and wonder why on earth any reputable estate agent wouldn't urge their Vendor to grab the offer with both hands. Whitton Your Move didn't and we are still wondering why. In our opinion, not a straightforward Company to do business with.

GoogleTerrible experience as a landlord, will be withdrawing my portfolio from this agency. Staff don't know what they are doing, patronising, rude with zero customer services skills. Run by your stereotypical estate agent types (all talk but no action)

GoogleThe most unprofessional agent that i have ever met. They advice in choosing a property, the way they sign contract and their support were simply terrible. Their agents are really unprofessional they transfer my deposit to somebody else's account and it cause some problems for me. In addition, when i was signing a contract they told me they have standard contract format but it wasn't. I don't know what would happen to me without the Advice of Citizen Advice Bureau. I trust Your-Move and it cost too much for me. I have already told to lots of students at Kingston university ... Don't work with this agent..

GoogleI went to their office with my partner and asked if any landlord would accept pets. The woman who attend us said there werent anything available, but she wrote down our contact details. Some minutes after, I remebered something about and ad of one of their houses I had seen on Internet and came back into the office. I saw she had crossed out our details, despite the fact she told us she would call if she would find any options. The next day I called them and one of their houses accepts pets.They had it from a long time, so it was able when we talked with the women. Anyway, we meet with one men to see the house. He never came to the view, and when we called to the office he said he had written me an email to cancel the date. It was not true. In addition, he didnt have my telephone number wrote down correctly. Hope my English is good enough to give you an idea of how horrible these people work.

GoogleI've mentioned elsewhere that I firmly believe that (most) estate agents are evil and must be stopped. However, unlike most places we viewed, Reed Rains knew everything about the property, were keen and very helpful.

YellWorst type of people
Not a single good word to say about this company. From searching social media i glad to see i'm not alone. Inconstancy at every level. I have unpaid tenants (squatters) in an overcrowded flat i rent. I've been forced to live with a baby for the past 6 months and its not great to see constitution work starting on the back of the property this week. All i want to do is leave my contract and cut all ties with this company but they will not let me leave without paying a hefty fee. The number of sleepless nights i have suffered is nothing when compared to helplessness and inaction of their staff. If you are a first time renter do not be fooled, they are not on your side. Moving to London was a life ambition of mine and this joyous time has been destroyed by their incompetency and i'm stuck here for another 6 months with no way out.

We have a very good experience with Your Move agency from central Bromley. They helped us find a couple of properties to view, according to our wishes, from which we have chosen the one we are renting at the moment. We are new to the UK - only moved here at the beginning of June and although we were told by other agencies that it could take minimum 2 weeks before moving into a property after final go-ahead, Your Move made it happen for us in just a couple of days ! We are very grateful to them, we highly recommend them and of course will work with them in future again.

Googleworst experience I ever had - wana be smart >>>> stay away of that agency .....they never answer phone....they never call back(not iven when they tell you 6 times that they will) and at the end of the contract they will take everything they can from you(which is more that you will expect); and they always manage to move slower then you would expect - no matter how low is your standard :))) PS: when I wanted to see the property they let that in the job of the ex-tenant >>>>who was an est european or rusian lady ....who spoke no english :))) I can not complain : they were nice people but 100% unable to do their job - their professional lvl was way way way under all the other agencies I ever worked with :((
