GoogleHad a lease extension carried out by Rebecca Say who was very professional to deal with, process was all explained in detail, Freeholder chased regularly to ensure timescale was kept to and completion carried out with time to spare. Would certainly use again going forward and recommend.

Googlesame as all above reviews total disgrace to the legal profession - i'm a client with a ground rent dispute but living outside of the U.K missed payment due to sale of ground rent without prior notice between 2 parties. Phoned to resolve and after conversation with Dan Thornton who was ENTIRELY UNREASONABLE looks like i will be paying £450+ in additional charges for the sending of a single templated letter..UTTERLY DISGUSTING...AVOID THIS COMPANY!

It took only two weeks to sort everything out and Kieran was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. He went an extra mile to check whether everything was ok after my move day. I felt look after and valued from viewing the place until now. Thank you.

GoogleI use to think that company is more landlord care oriented, but now my perception is changing . Recently had a good response from YourMove Team at Abbey Wood. I am glad that repair work has almost completed and I am so excited that I would be able to use main room in winter now. GoogleAvoid like the plague. Extremely slow at carrying out basic maintenance issues. Not helped by a landlord who isn't bothered either. The property at Mill Vale in Bromley has been a nightmare to rent. We've had the worst mould, and when I was due to give birth (Nov 2017) I really wanted it sorted out. Nothing was done. It got worse, still nothing. Baby is 3 months at this point. Many emails and months later (July 2018) we finally get a response and someone comes out, but after that we heard nothing. We've finally had enough and hand in our notice, now September, and we get a call from the agents advising the landlord will be sending some to deal with the mould at 8am on a Tuesday morning. I kindly ask if they can do after 10am as my husband will be getting ready for work and the baby will still be asleep, so the rep from Your Move Bromley said she will try. I get a call back less than 2 minutes later saying the landlord said no it has to be 8am, as it is a matter of urgency and we basically have no choice in the matter. It is only now a matter of urgency as a photographer will be coming round on Tuesday to take pictures of the property. Such disgusting behaviour from both the landlord and agents. Our landlord has a young child and I'm very sure she would not have let her child live in such conditions. If I could upload the pictures with this review I would! Avoid Your Move and avoid this property.

Dear Lamide and Assad, I hope you're both well. It has come to my attention that you have left a review about the current property you are living in. I take things like this very seriously especially when they have been left under the Bromley Branch. I wanted to let you know that I sympathise deeply with your situation and we will look into rectifying these problems for future tenancies. When we manage a property we have to get the landlords authorisation on every aspect on works. If this is denied we can only advise the landlord in the best way possible, the legalities and what they should do. Unfortunately, landlords do not always take our advice neither do they always carry out works. So our hands are tied to move forward to carry out works on a property we do not own. If you have not been kept up to date on your requests I can only apologies for this and again I will look into making this service better for all. Google5 stars is just not enough for the exceptional service you receive from Wendy, Ashley and the team at Your Move Gravesend. I have been with the Gravesend office for the past 15 years and the service has been outstanding. They will always get a perfect 10 from me. Wendy has been my personal contact for the past 15 years and I have nothing but praise for her professionalism, attention to detail and going the extra mile in always finding me the right tenant. Wendy and her team take the time to get to know you, your property and always deliver. I now have my property fully managed by the Gravesend office and only wish I did it years ago. They take away all the pressures of managing a property yourself and I highly recommend anyone looking to rent out their home to go down the route of fully managed. For the slight extra in cost it is well worth it. You are kept informed of any problems should they arise and they also have a trustworthy list of suppliers who are very reasonably priced should any maintenance work be required. Thank you Your Move Gravesend for all your hard work and especially to Wendy who is "Simply The Best"
