GoogleI recently rented a property via Your Move in Surbiton, and Sam was my main contact. I have to say, it was a very pleasant, pain-free and hassle-free experience, with a very quick and efficient service provided by all of the team with their various contributions as and when applicable. Sam was on top of all of the processes, kept me up to date throughout, and was a pleasure to deal with. If you have the choice of which estate agents you use, I recommend Your Move in Surbiton highly. If you don't have a choice and end up working with them as they are the chosen estate agents from the other party/parties, know you are in good hands and will be well looked after.

Aidan went out of his way to facilitate things, especially helping my mum who is 82, taking things round for her to sign, and visiting the property on a Sunday to make sure everything was in place. GoogleGreat service. It took some time because of two false starts but the eventual buyer was fairly quick. Litan Paul and Michael White kept on top of things and had regular contact with solicitors and the buyer, keeping me up to date. They made sure things went as smoothly and quickly. GoogleGrace was amazing. As a group of 4 students who were feeling very lost in our house search she was so friendly, so informative and made the experience for all of us so much better. We viewed the house and immediately knew we wanted to sign and she was so helpful with this we ended up moving forward with this in just a day!! She then continued to be friendy, attentive and informative throughout the whole process and any questions we had she’d answer immediately and clear up any confusion. Could not recommend Your Move enough especially for students searching for a property :)

GoogleFrom start to finish, Your Move New Cross Gate (Phil Cantell). were amazing. I felt totally safe and supported the whole way through. There were a few hiccoughs along the way but Your Move went over and beyond in helping and supporting me and I would (and have) recommended Your Move to my friends. Most people would say that buying and selling is one of the most stressful things they have done but I can honestly say that in my circumstances, this was not the case. Well done!!

GoogleI just wanted to give my utmost thanks to Phil Cantell, who worked extremely diligently on the sale of my shared ownership property and my onwards purchase. Not having the best solicitor was a first-time buyer mistake on my part, but Phil persevered and I must say, he got everything running like a well-oiled machine. If I could give six stars, I would. I highly recommend the sales team at Your Move New Cross for their grit when it matters most.

Susan returned for her regular inspection of our rented property. It is good to have the continuity of the same person doing the work. This way 'The Story' is clear in all our memories. The inspection was professional with minimal or no inconvenience or improper intrusion. The report was comprehensive, reflecting the comprehensive manner in which the work was done. It is an added advantage that Susan has a bright, positive and engaging attitude.
