GoogleThis company is the very definition of a soulless property management company. Avoid putting your money or your property with them. They have mismanaged, manipulated, and outright llied to us the renters and the property owner. Newton Fallowell demonstrates that terrible business practices are acceptable but pointing out those terrible business practices is 'bad form'...

Poor service once they have agreed to sell your property . Poor communication. Lack of transparency. Lies and misinformation and incompetence. Thank goodness for an amazing solicitor who did all the work the estate agent should have done.

GoogleAll the team at Newton Fallowell Brigg were absolutely fabulous when we recently purchased one of their properties. They kept us updated throughout the whole process. Really great and friendly people. They were very accommodating when we went to view the property to take measurements etc.. and nothing was too much of an ask. On our move in date we faced some issues, which were resolved by the team at Newton Fallowell, they even stayed open late to help us get the keys! We couldn't thank them enough.
