GoogleI had such a great experience with Newton Fallowell particularly Andrea our main point of contact , she made our move really smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She is always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had (and I had quite a few!). It really made the whole process so much easier. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent, such a lovely and professional service!

GoogleTrying to rent a house and there only so much you can email someone, very ignorant, can never give a straight answer
Dear Sarah, We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the contact you've had with Newton Fallowell. The particular property you were interested in had over 50 enquiries for viewings. Naturally, we have to find the tenant we think best fits what our Landlord is looking for, so we are not always able to accommodate a viewing with every person who shows an interest. We wish you all the very best in your future property search, though.

GoogleWe rented a property in Telford from Newton Fallowell Telford Incorporating Goodchilds and the whole experience was one of helpfulness and care. Their documents and processes are easy to follow, yet thorough. We found all the staff to be very helpful throughout our rental period, but Rhiannon Ralphs needs a special mention for her speedy responses and attention to detail. Thanks everyone.

GoogleI have just completed on a very long and complicated house sale. Amy has been brilliant throughout, answering emails quickly and nothing has been too much trouble. GoogleI have taken their letting service for renting in Telford. Through out the process I was keep updated by Rhiannon and she took care of every single thing. She was approachable and responsive.
