GoogleThe members of staff in the branch we used were friendly and helpful. The sales progresser who acted for us was very helpful. She kept us well informed through a fairly lengthy sales process and was always available to answer any questions we had.

GoogleI rented a modern 3 bed house in Grantham. Throughout the tenancy I had no problems contacting Newton Fallowell for maintenance issues over the years, fence damaged by a storm; boiler repairs, loose roof tiles etc. All were handled very quickly; when the central heating went down I was even offered a temporary electric heater while the boiler was fixed. Gas and safety inspections were always carried out and new items such a carbon monoxide alarm and LED bathroom light were fitted when needed. Renting from Newton Fallowell was a stress free and pleasant experience; I enjoyed 17 years there, in addition to a further 2 at a previous address in town. Therefore, I’d recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Grantham.

GoogleI have recently sold a property with Newton Fallowell and found their support and communication excellent. There were several challenges and bumps along the way (not Newtons fault) and they were really good at keeping me updated, pushing solicitors and keeping us as sellers as the priority. I would definitely recommend their company and would happily use them again
