Honest and straightforward assessment of value, and feedback from viewings, professional response from everyone in the team who showed consideration for our situation selling the house from a distance . Their strapline "having someone on your side" really is true thats how you feel.

GoogleIf you are looking for a home to rent that is just right for you I would highly recommend Newton and Fallowell. Alison went above and beyond, not just to find me an amazing house, but the perfect home for me and my family. Nothing was ever too much trouble. If Alison wasn’t available when I called the office, other members of the team were always happy to help. Since moving into the property they have continued to provide an exceptional service and are always just a phonecall away.

GoogleWe recently used Newton Fallowell for our Sale and Purchase. They sold our house before it was even listed on the market, they communicate well and answer the phone straight away. We have had a great experience with Matt and Maisie. Maisie helped push the our sale and purchase through before the stamp duty rise by contacting the buyers solicitors for us, she was very good through out. They also recommend a solicitor they used who were very efficient. We will be using them again if we need to in the future. Highly Recommend

GoogleFrom start to finish Newton Fallowell Stamford have gone above and beyond in the selling of my property. With incredible professionalism Sam Caldwell gave a very accurate evaluation, promised me that he had a buyer and didn't disappoint. The photographer did an excellent job for the brochure, which showed the house off beautifully. On day 1 of viewing an offer was made and followed through to completion by all of the wonderful staff of the Stamford office. I was always informed as to where we were in the process. Thank you to Rachael, Holly, Jenna and Nikki. Sam made me a promise and he delivered. A very professional team. I can highly recommend Newton Fallowell Stamford if you are wanting to buy or sell. They have your back.

GoogleVery unprofessional, saw a house that is still available, went into their office, the gentleman we saw did not even bother looking at us, he just asking my husband “what can you afford” in a very condescending way, before my husband could answer he just said we have nothing, he did not even bother to ask for our information, and the property we had gone to enquire about is still up for grabs.

GoogleRyan MacLachlan visited us a couple of weeks ago and was very caring regarding our decision to get a valuation on our house due to our circumstances at that time. It was really nice to have someone give us quality advice about whether we should put our house on the market or not, and the options we could go with. He was not at all pushy and was extremely friendly and professional and gave great advice. We have decided not to put our house on the market at this present time as our circumstances have changed but would definitely use Newton Fallowell if we ever decided to put it on the market in the future and would recommend their services to anyone. Avoid putting your money or your property under the 'management' of Newton Fallowell. This company has mismanaged, manipulated and outright lied to us, the renters and the owners of our home for years. They will smile as they take your £££ and then accuse you of being impolite for observing and mentioning their shady business practices. We have been dealing with this company for more than 3 years...

He's called when he said he would and has driven the process through to exchange with great tenacity. He is also very personable and has always spent any time that I have needed with me.
