GoogleVery pleased overall. Speed with which the details appeared was impressive and photos were very representative of the property. Viewings were almost immediate as was the house sale. A focused agency with good communication and pleasant staff. Only negative was the lack of a sold sign. I had to phone up after a week of it being sold to point this out. People were stopping me outside to ask if it was still for sale!

GoogleI can't rate service and staff highly enough, Neil and Oliver at Newark provided excellent advice at a difficult time for us. We were selling my parents lovely bungalow with attached land, we looked at various selling options and decided that sale by auction was the way to go. Arranged by N and F , linked to SDL auctions , Tom the auctioneer phoned at regular intervals to update on progress with the online auction. All show rounds were done by N and F. This made it much easier for us. We had a reserve price which was achieved, the sale is currently being concluded. Thank you to Newton Fallowell for their help and attention to detail. GoogleI cannot praise Newton Fallowell, Newark enough. From the speedy valuation of my house to sell & purchase of my new property. Within 3 days I had my 1st viewing & offer of purchase. Unfortunately this fell through but within a week they had 4 more viewings and another offer which I accepted. The team at NF were extremely professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were there for me every step of the way with the purchase of my new property too and I am now settling in. Thank you again to all the staff.

GoogleHaving sought a range of valuations initially, Newton Fallowell provided a realistic and straightforward appraisal of the value of the home we were selling and helpful advice on how to pitch the sale so that we secured a number of interested viewings and an asking price offer within the first week. When our initial purchase fell through because of a problem down the chain we received good support in remarketing our house and in our search for a new property. Special thanks to Sarah for identifying exactly the sort of property we wanted, supporting us in our purchase of it, and keeping me calm when the legal process to exchange contracts and complete seemed to take forever. 😊

GoogleTerrible service. Rented one of their properties and was without a boiler for months during winter. Wouldn't give me the direct number for the owner when they failed to do anything a out it. DO NOT use this company.

GoogleTheir staff need Customer Service skills upgrade, very rude & unpleasant. They simply have no idea of what they are there for and how to speak to people. I have been reporting a repairs issue for over 4 weeks, nothing has been done. I rang up to follow it up today, spoke to a lady called Ailsa. She didn’t sound interested from the time she heard my reason for calling. Every word that I said seemed to trigger her negative attitude, she simply didn’t like to be questioned to a point where she hung up on me. I rang again to speak to the person in charge of lettings. His response spoke volumes on the lack of customer service skills in his department. (It seems like how she handled my call was a normal experience in their office).

GoogleFrom from start to finish of our search for a new property this estate agents were with us every step of the way . Nothing was too much trouble for them . They gave us excellent advice in all aspects of our new property and kept us updated till the very end . All the team in the bloxwich branch are friendly and eager to please . The one person who we owe the biggest thanks to in that branch is a fantastic lady called Becky dabrowski who we feel went above and beyond her job description to assist us to purchase our new property . We owe her our thanks . This is a very special lady . So if you want a new property go in to this estate agents and see Becky she will give you all the help and advice you need to enjoy purchasing your new home .

Google100% 5 star review. Becky at the bloxwich branch was fantastic when buying my first house. Not only did she make herself regularly available for me to go in and take measurements she also chased solicitors on both sides to hurry up the convenyancing process. Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely be asking Becky to sell my house for me when the time comes.
