GoogleWe received excellent service from Newton and Fallowell when we bought our bungalow and sold our house with them last year .they kept us informed at all times we had dealings with other large companies where you felt you were just a number a lot to be said for a smaller family firm you feel valued would only use them should we need an agent again and recommend them to anyone!!

GoogleAwful estate agents, don't respond too any complaints or repairs. Rude on the phone when you want too complain. Left us with a numerance problems. Won't work with you at all. & when you leave a bad review they act like a stroppy teenager ringing you up asking you too remove it.

Google1 star rating and the only reason for that is because I am required to do this before I can write my review. My son has received appalling service since living in one of their properties. No complaint is ever listened to, instead it is brushed under the carpet. Just a few of the complaints Dishwasher is broken Water marks on the ceiling Patio door locks broken Front door lock broken( when the locksmith finally came round he left the front door wide open with no one home) Smoke alarms going off constantly every 10 minutes. (My son was electrocuted from this and taken to Lincoln county hospital in an ambulance on Saturday evening. When I contacted them on Sunday they said they would get someone out. Did this happen? No it did not! 3 small children in the house with a smoke alarm going off every 10 minutes. I had to get them all to stay at my house for the evening. Left notes on the windows to apologise to the neighbours and call the police so they were informed in case anyone else reported it. They returned home on Monday and it was still going off. Finally they sent someone out). When my son left a review he was telephone by Rebecca from Newton Fallowell and told to remove it. Everyone is entitled to leave a review regardless of circumstances. I will not be removing this review regardless of what is said to my son. As for what you said about his personal circumstances and how would he like it if you put that on your reply to his review. In line with the new GDPR laws I would be very careful. As soon as I get that A&E report you will be hearing from me.

Googlei have been a tenant with newton falowell for almost 2 years, i've had a few issues with things that needed to be repaired or replaced and they have always organised the appropriate contractor and advised me who it will be and that they will call me. they are helpful and courteous and respect my privacy as the tenant. rebecca has been particularly kind and helpful but overall the team running an effective service

GooglePoor customer service. Rang to arrange a viewing, worker took my details and advised I would be called back. However no contact was made, after 2 days I called back and was informed that an offer had just been accepted on the property and that's why I wasn't called. A courtesy call wouldn't have taken them long and in the process they could have suggested any other property I may be interested in!!!

GoogleThe team at Newton Fallowell Oadby make a stressful time so much easier - from arranging our sale with a great outcome to advising on the best mortgage deal for our new property they were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, the same with the solicitor they recommended. Basically it’s the full package and you can’t go wrong! Highly recommended.
