Poor customer service. Rang to arrange a viewing, worker took my details and advised I would be called back. However no contact was made, after 2 days I called back and was informed that an offer had just been accepted on the property and that's why I wasn't called. A courtesy call wouldn't have taken them long and in the process they could have suggested any other property I may be interested in!!!

So a new estate agent Yeh they are all the same arnt they ?? Well nope they can be different fun friendly and with a wealth of knowledge they guided us through a tricky sale involving a probate issue. The ladies were helpful from first contact to a final Thank you. They seam to understand that it's a two way thing where we pay for a service and they provide it to the best of there ability and get the results we all need. Would recommend you talk to them first and they will do there best, what more can you ask for. Thanks ladies

The Estate Agents did a wonderful job of the pictures taken... However the inside, once we moved in, was not totally as described. and didn't show the true story of what they had done inside. Also, it is very dirty inside and out- things that don't show on pictures. Inside of drawers were unusable,,all need a good clean. Double oven unusable, waiting to have it professionally cleaned in January so not able to cook for Christmas,..Could go on.but what's done is done.. Unfortunately we can't go back to our old place.. BC

It was such a pleasant surprise to find an Estate Agent who actually works hard to try to sell your property and earns their fee. Previous experience over the years of 8 purchase and 7 sales transactions, four of which involving Boston Estate agents, had left us singularly unimpressed with the whole profession. I can only praise the team at the Boston office. Communication, which was at a considerable distance because we don't now live in the UK, was excellent. The house was sold very quickly, though the first buyer pulled out through no fault of ours or the estate agent - but that's the UK way of buying and selling - make it as stressful as possible, and it's high time this was changed. A new buyer was found within a week and now all is done and dusted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to sell or buy.
