I was in a panic as I had very strict timelines to sell. I approached Tom and Zak and they were able to attend my property in a short space of time, turn this around within days. After the first day of putting my ad live, we had a viewing booked already and within 4 days my property was sold. Excellent, diligent and support team of staff who are dedicated to complete the sale from start to end. I would recommend the LFE branch without any hesitation.

We have used a range of agents to sell our house, and we have had problems with all the corporate ones like over valuing, entrapment into a contract that is not the one we signed, we have been neglected and avoided to the point I was considering taking further action. Newtons have been amazing! We used the Leicester forest east branch, and from day one, they have been open, honest, and realistic with every piece of information and advice they have offered. Since using newton's we have had more viewings and interest than ever before. We are currently very close to a sale and is all thanks to Zack, Tom, Liam and the team who have worked hard on our behalf. One thing you should know is they don't get paid until they sell your house, (unlike corporate agents) so they have a good insensitive to work hard for you. They have also taken the best photos of all our previous agents, as they reflect our house accurately, honestly and in the best way possible. I have no hesitation recommending newton's to anyone, in fact I insist you speak to them first and listen to their advice, as it's good advice. A huge thanks to the team for all your efforts!

Newton Fallowell (LFE) - they do exactly what they promise - SELL YOUR PROPERTY ! I can highly recommend the professional services of this Agency who recently sold my home in record time. The staff were fantastic and communications far exceeded my expectations. They kept us updated regarding enquiries converted to house viewings and also provided feedback to us after each viewing. I was very impressed by how quickly they arranged an open house viewing day and we received an offer over the asking price in record time. Zak is extremely knowledgeable of the market industry and pricing your home in line with market value rather than over pricing. His expertise and approach to Client's is exceptional, so much so we recommended Newton Fallowell to our neighbour who wants to sell her home in the near future. For anybody researching the market for a trustworthy Estate Agents, I can personally state that this Agency is by far the most professional I have every had the pleasure to deal with, most of all, they are transparent and honest and alleviate any concerns you have during what can be a very stressful time.
