GoogleNewton Fallowell found a suitable buyer for my house the day after putting it on the market with the first viewing . Tom and Jon are very professional and certainly know their business. They are also friendly and helpful. Tom has been especially brilliant with good advice and always happy to talk on the phone whenever I have needed to. I would recommend them anyone who wants to buy or sell a property.

FacebookSo where do i start? From start to finish N&F were absolutely amazing. Neil came round, valued my property and took photos and measured up and then had my property on the market within half an hour. It then sold in 24hours. i had quite a few issues when selling the house (not due to N&F i might like to add) but they kept me constantly in the loop with updates and made sure the issues were followed up and sorted out. i called their office so many times i lost count and not once was i made to feel like i was a nuisance. Their communication, care for clients and attention to detail is why they sell more houses than any other estate agent around. i dread to think how much more stressful it would of been if i had used someone else especially one of those online agents that you see nowadays. Special thanks to Neil, Sarah, James and Will. You are all fab and you made me feel very well looked after. Thanks Again, Sam x

FacebookWe have just sold our house with Newton Fallowell and have been delighted with the service throughout. We have previously used other estate agents and failed to finalise a sale. From the start they were honest and came up with a realistic valuation rather than an inflated one some competitors use just to get your custom. Throughout the process they kept us updated and conducted numerous viewings with potential purchasers. I do not often make recommendations but I would not hesitate in pointing you towards this company if you are thinking of selling your home in the Rutland area.

They not only advertise our property, organise our rental contract, references and rent payments but they do so quickly and politely. Ensuring our property is rented as much as possible and our tenants interests are considered as well. A very able team.

GoogleHaving consulted or been contacted by various estate agents we chose Newton Fallowell, Coalville, as our agents several years ago due to their prominence and apparent success in our area. We have not been disappointed. From the outset, before our property was available to market, we were given advice and guidance on how to proceed, and what legal requirements were necessary. We have always felt that we were treated as individuals and that our business really mattered. All the managers and staff are very polite, efficient and professional. When our property was ready to let, every effort was made by Newton Fallowell to ensure we had the most suitable tenants (some prospective occupiers were rejected). Their marketing was very comprehensive and a tenant was soon chosen. Regular property inspections have been carried out and any problems or concerns we have are very quickly resolved on our behalf. We would have no hesitation in recommending Newton Fallowell whether you are a landlord or a prospective tenant as they know the market and are completely fair in the way they operate.
