An Estate Agency who works how all Agencies should work. I am impressed with their service and by Alison particularly. She took time to understand what I wanted to buy and that I was under time constraints with my buyers. Alison kept an element of humour to what I find quite an anxiety inducing task. We are delighted with Newton Fallowel. Peter impressed us on our first meeting with him and came up with an effective marketing strategy. Charlotte ensured that within the first day of the property being on the market we were inundated with viewings and communicated these with us immediately so that we were able to prepare the house. Once the house had sold (for above asking price), Zoe was fantastic in pushing through the sale, always keeping a clear line of communication to ensure the sale ran smoothly. Our house sold (STC) within a week and we exchanged seven weeks later. We couldn't ask for more from this fantastic team. Easily the best estate agents in Oakham!

The team at Newton Fallowell in Stamford are very efficient, polite & willing to help. Ainsley has a particular skill of matching your requirements to a property and calling you up to entice you to view. He thinks "outside of the box" which is a rarity in this business & I have found this to be very impressive. His communication is also top notch. The team deserve their success and I can quite understand why their "For Sale" boards are the most prevalent in this area. Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant! Professional! Real people, with a lovely approach to customers. Alison was amazing, listened to my specific needs for the house I was looking for. Gave such a great service, I felt like a VIP, and after moving house 18 times, this was a first for me. A very positive experience. I’ve just bought a house through Newton Fallowell and they were very good indeed. They returned phone calls, helped with any queries, negotiated to get us a good deal, offered a good legal firm (whom we used) and seemed fair despite us buying as opposed to selling.4 Stars because they were actually better in most ways than the company we sold with (Yopa) we really were only better on price and perhaps photography (IMO). Simon, Sharon & Ben do a great job and I would certainly recommend them and consider using them in the future especially if I could haggle on the fees. Many thanks.

Popped in to get some details on a property and was told it was under offer. So said would you please let us know if it comes on the market. The bloke says yes but didn’t take my name or any details. I would say these people don’t sell houses and can’t sell houses. Poor poor customer service. I just chucked the brochure in the bin! Would never buy from this firm. If you want to see go to gascoignes or alisdair Morrison they have great customer service !
