FacebookPopped in to get some details on a property and was told it was under offer. So said would you please let us know if it comes on the market. The bloke says yes but didn’t take my name or any details. I would say these people don’t sell houses and can’t sell houses. Poor poor customer service. I just chucked the brochure in the bin! Would never buy from this firm. If you want to see go to gascoignes or alisdair Morrison they have great customer service !

FacebookI have tried/used various estate agents in town and to be fair to him I find Oliver probably the best. Dealt with our moans and groans through a slow sale. Chased up a poor solicitors at Tallents for us. And basically made the situation as good as it could be. If you expect high standards from your estate agent and a good understanding of the market - Oliver@ Newton Fallowell Newark is your man.

GoogleSimon & Sharon were professional throughout the process. A slow start to getting any interest but a relaunch & new photographs helped. The sale proved difficult caused by our seller but Simon & Sharon managed to keep the chain intact, although touch & go at times completion was achieved.

FacebookVery helpful and friendly staff... we were First Time Buyers and didn't have a clue about anything, no matter show silly the question, they had the answer. Thank you for helping us get on the first BIG step on the property ladder. I would highly recommended if you are looking for a stress free service.

FacebookThese ladies have guided impartially through a truicky sale involving a property that had a probate issue. We felt comfortable with speaking to Nicola about the ins and outs of the situation and felt her team were the ones to push forward and get a sale that suited us all.i feel we chose the right people altho the werrington branch was a new entity they installed confidence in us thus we went with them over some much more well known companies. I wish them well in the future and hope others will give them the chance to prove themselves.

A super service was provided by the whole team. Fair valuation and excellent marketing, using social media, Rightmove, local press and professional brochures. Buyer was found quickly and selling process made clear from start. Excellent communication- all calls and emails dealt with promptly and to ensure positive selling process. The sale was mainly dealt with by Abbie and Rebecca, who liaised with solicitors to ensure smooth completion - if they were away from the office they always made sure someone was up to date with the case, and the whole team were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. FacebookAfter driving past a house for sale + phoning the Oakham office on the off chance we could view the property, Zoe pulled out all the stops and managed to get us ‘slot’ within a couple of hours. When we went ahead to purchase the property, Zoe, Charlotte and Peter could not have been more friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Whenever we phoned with a query-they answered our questions politely, never rushing, if they didn’t know the answer, they would find out and ALWAYS rang us back. The Trusted Agentfriendly and personal service
We bought our house from a family who had chosen Newton Fallowell as their agents. From the first phone call they were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and Simon Shilton became more like a friend (even though we never met). He did research into planning permission for us and kept us up to date every step of the way. We even got a welcome to your new home card when we moved in! Really professional but with a traditional service and attention to detail. Thanks very much x

Newton Fallowell have acted as my letting agent for my Lincoln property for over 5 years. I cannot fault them. They take all the hassle out of letting my house and respond very quickly to any queries I may have. Highly recommended for their friendliness and excellent customer service.
