Katie came out to carry out the valuation and was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I also spoke with other members of the team during the process, and everyone I dealt with was great.
All the information given was clear, accurate, and very helpful in allowing me to understand the current market conditions and my options moving forward. Communication was excellent throughout. The team provided prompt responses to any queries I had and kept me well informed at every stage.
The staff were very friendly, approachable, and professional, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Their fees are also very competitive and clearly explained, offering great value for the level of service delivered.
I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking for a reliable and professional sales or rental valuation service.

GoogleThey are terrible Estate Agent. We moved into a property in less than 2 months and major things are faulty already; imagine having to keep resetting your boiler every other day, so it doesn't get cold. The sink hole in the wash hand basin of the toilet is blocked, bathroom door handle screw falling off every now and then. When I call they keep posting me, saying they are contacting the landlord and you never get to hear back from them!
